We do want to sincerely apologize that the construction was more noticeable than you anticipated. We understand how that can impact the overall experience. While this was disclosed in advance, we recognize that expectations and reality don’t always align, and we appreciate your feedback. Regarding check-in, we’re sorry to hear it felt a bit confusing. We’re continuously working to make that process as smooth and straightforward as possible, and your comment helps us improve. The good news is that construction is now almost complete, the pool and jacuzzi have reopened, and the property is looking beautiful again. We are very excited about the finished result. We truly appreciate you staying with us and hope to have the opportunity to host you again under quieter and more seamless conditions. Thank you for your business!!!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear parts of your stay didn’t meet expectations. The pool closure was disclosed prior to arrival, and we do our best to clearly communicate any temporary limitations related to the resort. The balcony access restriction is something that can occasionally be implemented by the resort for safety or maintenance reasons, and I understand how that could be frustrating if unexpected. It was previously disclosed. Regarding the resort staff, I’m sorry to hear your experience with them was not as helpful as it should have been. Had I been made aware of your concerns during your stay, I would have gladly assisted in real time to help improve your experience. We appreciate your stay and your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve communication for future guests.
