Enjoyed our stay here! Everything seemed clean and updated. Good location with short drives to both Old Town Scottsdale and downtown Tempe. Pool was a good size for our small group.

Great home, would definitely stay again!

We loved everything about the house and Cierra was awesome! The close proximity to Papago Park was perfect as we took our 10 yr old each night. We used the heated pool each day. Highly recommend!!

Mid Mod Tempe - Excellent!

Property was very clean, exactly as advertised and kitchen is setup well to cook all types of meals.

Awesome house & great location!

This mid century house is super clean and has really nice finishes. The pool and corn hole kept us entertained and it was an easy walk to the lakefront path. Quick Uber ride to the airport, old town, Scottsdale and downtown Tempe. The owner was responsive at every turn and we will definitely go back!

The host is great!

The host saw my family and I arrive on the ring doorbell camera with our bikes. She texted me and offered me a safe place to store our bikes during our stay. Which our kids loved, the place was clean, close to all the things we had planned! I would stay there again!

Great place and a wonderful experience

This was the perfect house for 4 guys on a golf trip! Communication with the property manager was easy and extremely quick responses. Having the heated pool was great and the lawn was perfect for a game of bags. Super convenient location with easy access to freeway. The house itself worked out great!

Place was super clean , the owner was very accommodating and every way. she even had a box of Crumble cookies delivered while we were staying there. I will recommend this to my friends and family in Scottsdale Tempe area.. thank you again for all your help will be back

Wow. Just Perfect.

Perfect house and host for a visit to ASU. Mid-century modern theme runs throughout the house and is so tastefully done. Location is perfect - just a 5 minute ride to ASU with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options. The host Cierra was on top of her communications to be sure we got in ok, and so we knew she was there if we needed anything (we did not).

Awesome Turkey Day!!

We stayed over Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The property was perfect. We cooked dinner on Thanksgiving and did not want for any kitchen implements to do so. The heated pool has spoiled us for all other properties. The host was very communicative and cared for every detail. Property was clean and well kept up. We would rent here again!!

Perfect for girls getaway!

We loved our stay! Minutes from my daughters dorm at ASU, this was the perfect place for 2 moms and their 2 college daughters to relax and reconnect. We each had ample space but also great shared spaces to visit. The home was clean and well-appointed. The host thought of everything and was EXCELLENT with communicating - even sharing recommendations on the best places to hike. I can't wait to visit with the rest of my family. Don't forget to inflate "Chad" the inflatable pool boy. He'll hold your drink while you relax in the heated pool. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay in this house. The house was impeccably clean, and everything in the listing was accurate. Every appliance, utensil, etc. needed was available. Perhaps more importantly, everything was in excellent shape. Bath and pool towels-high quality and in basically brand new condition. Paper towels and toilet paper-the good stuff that costs more at the grocery store, nothing cheap. Kitchen gadgets, they're all there. The beds were very comfortable, too. The heated pool was very nice. The fenced in back yard was tranquil and private. The house is located in a safe neighborhood that is centrally located, close to a lot of restaurants and tourist sites. Our trip was in March for spring training, and multiple stadiums are a short trip away. After the games we would generally head to Old Town Scottsdale, which was just a few minutes away. Also conveniently close to the airport. We plan to come back every couple of years, and this will be the first place I will check for lodging when those plans start being made.

Location Location and Clean!

We were looking for something Midcentury in decor and not sure where to be that would be safe and convenient. I did a lot of research and then just picked one close to the botanical gardens and hoped for the best. What we found was a true gem. 9 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale with GREAT shopping. Just a few minutes from the botanical gardens (I normally am not a fan of those places but wow)... Only 10 minutes from the airport... and frankly only about 20 minutes from every other place we wanted to go in any direction. We didn't use the pool so can't comment on that but the house was immaculate, communication great and location was a dream.

So worth it!!!

Words can’t begin to explain the hale (house) and Cierra. The house is so beautifully situated. Rooms are comfy and spacious. I like that there is only 1 tv in the house. The whole reason for a family vacation… FORGET ELECTRONICS, ENJOY EACH OTHER AND MAKE MEMORIES!! Don’t get me started on the pool!!! Though I didn’t get a chance to swim, it was definitely a plus for the husband, kids and grandson. The heated pool was definitely what the fam asked for during this trip. The CORNHOLE game was a definite winner for the whole family. Now we need one for ourselves, lol. And to end the night, chilling at the fireplace with the ohana. Miss Cierra was very accommodating in every way. Was always available for questions when I had some. We’re definitely going to be returning to this hale on our next trip up to AZ. Our second home away from home. Mahalo nunui Miss Cierra. Can’t wait to come back again.

Clean, quite neighborhood with heated pool

The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the heated pool and loved the quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive. We have no complaints with our stay.

Awesome place to stay!

We stayed in this home, March 12-21, while we were in town for my daughter’s wedding. We loved staying here! The location was awesome. Very close to Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe Town Lake, and close to Sky Harbor airport. The backyard was a dream. Lots of seating. We paid extra to have the pool heated. I’m glad we did, because others who were in town for the wedding, weren’t able to use the pools where they were staying. It was warm enough, during the day, but it gets cool at night. I think that is why the water was cold. The kitchen was nice and roomy, which was great, because I was putting together welcome boxes for our wedding guests. The decor was really cute. Several items were from local artists. One of my favorite things, was a skylight over the vanity in the master bath. Awesome for makeup application. The beds had lots of different pillows, which I really appreciate, because I have neck and back issues. I felt safe in this neighborhood. Many friendly neighbors waved at us. There were six of us staying at the home, and we were very comfortable, although we would have liked seating for one more in the living room. I recommend this location.

Great rental!

This home was great for our vacation! We found the home to be very clean and updated and worked well for us (4 adults and 2 young kids). The location was great - near the airport, Old Town, shopping, etc. We especially loved the backyard with the heated pool, grill, fireplace, furniture and grassy area for playing! The host is very helpful and responsive.

Great family visit

The home was clean and we found it to be just as described online. I brought 4 of my grandkids to visit another granddaughter @ ASU. Ages are 12, 16, 17, 18 & 21. The location is close to the university, shopping, food & fun activities. Everyone enjoyed the pool & firepit. We all agreed that we would choose to stay here again!
