My house is a stone's throw from the salt marshes, 5 minutes from the city center of Guérande, 7 minutes from the beach of La Turballe and 10 minutes from the beaches of La Baule and Pouliguen. You will appreciate its charm, its neat decoration, its comfort, its blond granite walls, its wooden and stone terraces, its lush garden, the view from the rooms on the marshes and the pretty little village of salt workers in which it is located.
This is a typical Breton farmhouse restored with respect for the old but with all the contemporary comforts. It is surrounded by a U-shaped garden, which gives it several dining and rest areas (south and north terraces, pergola with swing).
In winter, it is very cosy thanks to its old-fashioned wood stove (there are also inertia radiators), the parquet floor, the old armchairs and the soft plaids.
Everyone says that you feel good there! In addition, my little cat will be there to offer you his softness and purrs.
You can park right in front of the house. However, if you prefer, a car access at the top of the garden allows you to park your vehicle set back from the street, in complete safety.
You will be staying in a tourist region that is full of summer entertainment. The village of Queniquen is located away from the hustle and bustle but close to everything. beaches, water sports and tourist visits (La Baule, Pornichet, Saint-Nazaire, the marshes of Guérande, La Brière, La Roche-Bernard...) during the day, and concerts, festivals and other evening outings are yours!
Preference will be given to a rental of 2 or 3 weeks.
