You're also within a 5 minute drive to the Esther Short park and a newly developed Vancouver Waterfront with many wine tasting rooms, restaurants and coffee shops.

The house was just completely renovated with new exterior and new interior, including appliances, flooring, paint, as well as new furniture. One bedroom is set up with king size and comfortable bed; and second bedroom has 2 full size beds. It has central heating and AC, TVs in each room, fully stocked kitchen and all other essential needed for your short and long-term stays, including a full size washer and dryer. Get the wood burning fireplace going for a cozy evening with your loved ones.

A plenty of street parking is available right in front of the entrance door.

Pets are welcome. It has a small backyard that's fully fenced. Additional $150 pet fee will be required.

Please note that this is a multifamily home. A garage unit at the back of the house is rented out separately. No spaces are shared.
