3Br 2Ba Home near Beach with Low Rent Monthly

Ocean Shores, along the Pacific Ocean, is a great vacation place. This 3br 2ba single family house located in a quiet and peaceful residential area near beaches. By staying here you can enjoy 20+ miles of Pacific Ocean beaches, canals, lakes, kite flying, clam digging, horseback riding and fishing/golfing. Since it is in a residential area it accepts monthly booking only, but the rent is only about 1/3 of nightly rentals, a really good deal for long vacation takers, project workers and traveling nurses.

This is a large house, our guests are able to access all rooms in the house. Master bedroom comes with a bathroom and a walk-in closet. The other 2 bedrooms share another bathroom in between of them. There also is a special place for your dog(s), hopefully they will like it. The stuff in the house are all free for you to use, but to use them by yourself and/or your family or group member(s) including your child/children you agree to take all responsibilities for damages and injuries. For the food safety concern, we provide basic cooking and dinning wares only, no food, ingredients and drinks here, please bring them with you or go to local restaurant.

The temperature here may be different from your hometown, may be15-25 degrees lower during the hot summer, you will really enjoy the weather here at that time, but still need to bring some thick clothing with you. Please keep doors closed in the evening and night, otherwise mosquitoes may visit you.

The neighborhood is pretty quiet and near beach, you may hear the wave sound in the night. Ocean Shores is not a large city, you may go to any place such as beach, restaurants and supermarket with just several minutes drive or walking distance.

There are lots of deer in town, you will see them in the streets or in the front yard, they are pretty friendly, and may come to you if you have some grass or leaves in the hand. So please drive carefully, don't hit them.
