Relax on either the large couch or one of the two smaller leather chairs and unwind by watching your favorite shows on the large flat screen smart TV. Cable TV is also provided free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

This is also a two-bathroom condo with a tub-shower combo and separate vanity in the master bedroom and a walk-in shower in the guest bathroom.

SLEEPING
C300 is set up to sleep 6 guests with a King bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a Queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. The bedrooms also each host Smart TVs with cable.

**PLEASE NOTE there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
