Excellent Park City condo location. Walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort ski lifts, beautiful hiking and biking trailheads, and walking distance to Main Street Park City. Free shuttle bus service right outside the condo door. Ride in comfort to Park City down town, Deer Valley, outlet malls and all other area attractions. Hot tub, heated pool and sauna are included and located across the street. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill on the deck. You will find comfy beds, couches and large dining table. Washer and dryer are also in the unit.

Condo was great, location could not have been better. Beds were comfortable, and living space was very nice. Location, Location, Location!!! Walk to the mountain in minutes! Definitely recommend!

Excellent Location to PC Resort

This was an excellent location for our ski vacation. We hopped on the bus at the end of the sidewalk and were at the slopes in about 8 minutes. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the host very responsive.

Perfect Cozy Retreat Near the Slopes!

Janet and Scott’s condo is one of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in. It’s beautifully furnished, incredibly comfortable, and has everything you need for a great stay. The cozy fireplace made it the perfect place to relax after a day on the mountain, and the location couldn’t be better—just minutes from the slopes. Highly recommend!

Great set-up in Park City

We had a wonderful stay in this condo that is perfect if you need three bedrooms near the lifts. The condo was excellent, very clean and incredibly well set up and supplied. The proximity to the main lifts at Park City is hard to beat -- really just a 5'ish minute walk, easy as can be. Janet was great to deal with -- provided us with very clear and thorough information beforehand that made getting there, checking in and getting set up as easy as could be; and she was very responsive to a couple of questions we had during our stay. Cannot recommend this place strongly enough. Thanks Janet for making our vacation terrific!

Terrific condo and location

We loved our visit to park city in this lovely, and so very comfy, condo. Everything you need is there. The bus stop is immediately in front and you can take it to the mountain or walk in less time. If you have your skis already, it’s a 5 min walk to first time lift and then you’re done. If you don’t, it’s another 3 minutes to the village rental area. Beds were cozy, property management was fully on top of the path shoveling and de-icing, kitchen, living, and dining are open concept and wonderful for our evening hangouts. Well-stocked kitchen; high quality in-unit laundry. Would definitely stay again.

Very convenient

The property had plenty of room for our family of 4 and was well equipped. The location was extremely convenient for walking to the slopes. The hot tub right across the street was an added bonus. While we didn't take advantage of the bus service, it was located right outside the front the door as advertised in the listing.

Perfect Ski Condo!!

We had an excellent stay - the condo was exceptionally well stocked (from kitchen utensils, spices, saran wrap etc to lots of towels and cozy blankets) and the location was perfect - directly across the street from the club house / pool / hot tub, right in front of the (free!) bus stop, and walking distance to the hill. This allowed our teens to be very independent and meant our mixed family group could come and go easily from different activities with no rental car needed. We will definitely stay again! Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Spring break perfection

This place could not have been more perfect for our spring break trip. We had 2 13 yo boys with us and they had a blast. The unit was very clean, and had everything we needed. Janet was extremely responsive. The unit was an easy 6-minute walk to the terrain park / Eagle chair lift and the bus stop was right in front of our unit, which made it easy to get to Main Street or to the resort base. We would love to stay here again!

Comfortable condo in the perfect location.

Being across the street from the clubhouse and hot tub was great. Also the bus stops are right on front of the condo. You really don't need a vehicle.

Fantastic Condo

The condo was fantastic and exactly as described in the listing. The location cannot be beat! Close walk to the lifts, right on the bus route and across from the rec center. The unit was clean, very well appointed and comfortable. We will stay again.

Amazing location, wonderful stay!

Exactly as advertised! Great communication from host and perfect location to get to the mountain. Our family had a wonderful time! Definitely recommend for close proximity to town, skiing, and access to the local rec center which our kids loved visiting the pool each afternoon.

We had an outstanding stay at this condo. It was in the perfect location for walking to the slopes or getting to Main Street. We loved every aspect of our trip. Would definitely recommend this condo and plan on going back next year.

Family ski vacation

This nicely decorated unit is obviously well cared for by the owners. Very clean and stocked with all the necessities. A great location for access to PCMR, grocery store, downtown Park City. The owner provided detailed information for the rental and was very prompt in responding to questions. Felt warmly welcomed and our family of four adults and three children had a memorable trip!

Very solid two-story condo

We have stayed here for Sundance two years in a row and had a good time. The place is big and spacious. Communication with the owners was very smooth. The washer/dryer was a big bonus. Location-wise, it's a bit of a walk to most places, but that said most places are walkable if you're comfortable walking up to 30 minutes. I could definitely see us staying here again.

Lovely!!

We had a wonderful time in this terrific rental. We’ve rented many ski places before and this one was certainly among the best. Definitely the cleanest with the best stocked kitchen. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed. And you can’t get any closer to the bus. And Janet and Scott were such gracious hosts. Super responsive and helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

Family Ski Trip

The property is perfectly practical. Easy walk to First Run ski lift and main lodge (even for children ages 9-12 and active grandparents), bus stop at bottom of stairs, across street from heated pool and large hot tub, and with kitchen in which it was easy to prepare family meals. Beds are spacious and comfortable. Slept our 4 adults and 4 kids ages 4-12 well. Great trip for our family and did not require a rental car (we supplemented walking and bus with Uber - very easy to get). Host was very helpful pre-trip with suggestions and responsive throughout. We would stay again without hesitation.

These people are absolute scam artists! Stay away!

We were charged a fraudulent cleaning fee (VRBO won’t let me say amount) for allegedly leaving stains on comforters and a dining table runner. I messaged the host multiple times asking for pictures of the stains and she refused to provide any, instead saying “I am only going by what my cleaning lady told me.” After a few messages back and forth, the host stopped responding and the charge remained on my account. I contacted VRBO assuming they would help resolve this issue. Their “About my card on file and property damage charges” webpage says “If you don't agree with the charge, you can lodge a dispute by selecting Contact Us. We'll request additional documentation from both you and the host to verify the claim.” Unfortunately, VRBO did not request any supporting documentation from the host and they told me they can't mediate disputes and we should try to work it out directly with the host. This of course was not a viable option given that the host stopped responding to my messages. Luckily Amex saw right through this BS and refunded the charge to my credit card. I cannot emphasize enough that the owners of this condo are liars and looking to scam people. If you choose to stay here VRBO will not have your back in the event of a dispute and you will have to take it up with your credit card company. Honestly, just save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else. There are plenty of other great places to stay around Park City without having to deal with stuff like this.

Great Condo for Our Ski Trip

This was a great condo for our family of 5. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - 5 min walk to the lifts, across the street from the hot tub and heated pool, and close to town and the grocery store. We used the locked but shared storage in the garage to store our skis for the week so we didn’t have to lug them up and down each day, and didn’t have any issues with doing so. This was our first time in Park City, and we would absolutely stay here again. We liked being on the Park City side, vs The Canyons side.

Perfect base for ski trip to ski Park City mountain. Excellent ski facilities within walking distan

Great Condo

Great condo, well-equipped, covered garage, hot tub close by and lifts are walkable (5 minutes). Downtown PC a little far for walking in snow & ice but would be easy in good weather. Excellent communication with the owner, the overall process was very smooth. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location at Park City

We are so thankful for the great communication and wonderful condo. Directly across the street from the pool and hot tub. A short walk to the lifts. The condo is well stocked and the owner was terrific to work with.

Janet and Scott moved to Utah 38 years ago. Janet taught in the Utah school system and Scott works in Aerospace. We live in Northern Utah and we enjoy all things outdoors. We enjoy the Park City area for its history, great people, great food and endless outdoor activities.

This property provides everything you need to make beautiful lasting family memories. Recently updated three bedroom, two bath. It has new leather living room furniture and new king mattresses. It will be your home away from home. You and your family will be safe and comfortable.

Location/Location/Location - all amenities are within a short walk. The Cabana/Clubhouse is located directly across the street. It has a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, game room and exercise equipment with a large gathering area and fireplace. Park City Mountain Resort and Park City Main Street with restaurants and shopping are walking distance. If walking is not preferred, the city bus/shuttle is available right outside the door. This excellent system has many routes to the resort, Deer Valley, Main Street, excellent shopping, dining, etc.
