Relaxation awaits you in our beautiful 200+ m² farmhouse, perfect for 1 or 2 families, with its 6000 m² enclosed garden. The indoor swimming pool (open from June to September) and jacuzzi will help you unwind after walks (coastal path 500m away), unless you prefer to retreat to the islet in the middle of the pond (unfenced). On the garden level, a large, bright living room with an open-plan kitchen (American-style refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine and all necessary cooking utensils) welcomes you, and a hallway leads to, in order, a WC, a staircase to the upper floor, a double bedroom (with a new 160/200 bed) and its bathroom (with large walk-in shower including a folding seat for people with reduced mobility and double sink) also accessible from the corridor, 1 large laundry room (with washing machine and dryer, iron and large wardrobe), a back kitchen (with a second fridge-freezer) and a games room. Upstairs, you will find 3 lovely bedrooms, each with two 90/190 cm beds (which can be pushed together to make a 180/190 cm bed) and a smaller one with two single beds, all overlooking the quiet garden, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room (shower and sink) and a separate toilet. A large mezzanine (unsecured staircase!) above the living room, with TV, books and board games, completes this property. Baby/child equipment provided: 1 high chair, 1 junior chair, as well as a low cot (65/140 cm). The port of La Trinité-sur-Mer is 3.5 km away. Embark on a boat trip to the islands from Locmariaquer (on the Gulf of Morbihan) at 5 km. Discover the Carnac standing stones at 8.5 km. Additional important information to note: Keys will always be handed over and collected personally. This allows us to get to know each of our guests. Therefore, we ask that you respect the scheduled times. PGJyPg - The swimming pool is open from June to September and secured by a motorized telescopic cover (which heats the water!). PGJyPg - The jacuzzi is open year-round. PGJyPg - We love animals, but this house is not designed to accommodate them. (A dog could be accepted upon request, provided it stays in the garden.) PGJyPg - Our garden is large and includes a very attractive pond with a small bridge leading to an island. It is not fenced and therefore not suitable for children who cannot swim. They must therefore remain under supervision. A robot maintains our garden daily, so please do not leave anything lying on the grass (laundry or small toys) that could be shredded. A mandatory cleaning fee of €160 will be payable upon your arrival (we have separated the charges to avoid additional fees on this amount). PGJyPg - For your comfort, you will find the beds made upon your arrival, with the necessary linens for your stay (bath towels, bath mat, kitchen towels, and tablecloth), as well as a welcome kit with soap/shampoo in the bathrooms. PGJyPg - We kindly ask you to maintain the house during your stay and leave it in a clean condition (dishwasher emptied and filter cleaned, as well as the dryer filter, trash emptied and taken out, BBQ cleaned, etc.).
