The first of two community pools, clubhouses, and gyms are just steps away from home. That is right; this community has two pools, gyms, and clubhouses. There is a fenced-in playground available with tennis & basketball courts. Access the Junction and Breakwater bike trail, which is located across from the community entrance. Bike downtown Rehoboth Beach to enjoy the area's finest restaurants, relax on the beach, or enjoy the boardwalk.
PARKING: There is a private driveway for four cars, and there is plenty of overflow in the community. Do not park on the street.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
