Wonderful space, but smaller than expected. Loved that we could bring our dog. Wish there was a gas grill. Missed an oven in the kitchen.

Perfect quiet restful place for exploring Stinson Beach, Bolinas, Marin Headlands, Muir Woodlands Beach, Sausalito etc, situated close to the Bolinas Lagoon with nearby access to the Panoramic Highway and a spectacular section of Route 1, this little gem exists in a deeply special part of the world. Stinson Beach to San Francisco Airport is just over an hour drive, studded with vertiginous hairpin turns around mountains and seaside cliffs (pick your poison). Colby communicates well via the app and is a responsive, helpful host. We had a hard time saying goodbye!

Probably our fifth or sixth time staying on this property. We love that we can bring our dog and that it is steps away from the beach. In the mornings, we walk to town for coffee. And, most dinners we would just walk to town! Though there are only two restaurants to choose from, both have excellent choices! Love staying here!

Loved this house! We rented the adjacent house for our daughter and her husband and it was perfect. We could open the fence between the two and share the outdoor space.

This is our third visit to Casita Azul and it's the perfect place for us at Stinson Beach. Having our toy poodle with us, the fenced yard is a huge bonus. Parking is convenient right outside the house and it's always immaculate when we arrive. The dog friendly portion of the beach is literally just a few minutes walk on the private road from the house and it's an easy walk to the Parkside Snack Bar, where we enjoyed a couple of mint Oreo sundaes while sitting at the park across the street.Casita Azul doesn't have an oven, but it's not needed for us since we bring our own food which only requires a microwave or cooktop to heat up.We had an issue with the door lock (which ended up being operator error!) but when my husband contacted Colby, the property manager, he was quick to get back to him and even touched base again to make sure everything was okay.We can't wait to return!

Thank you so much. It was a lovely cottage, very clean and our dogs loved it. The beach is so close. It’s so wonderful to walk basically 200 yard and the doggies can be free and play. Thank you again. We want to stay there soon even though we don’t live to far away, it’s wonderful to get away! . I recommend that beautiful little cottage to anyone. Nice , clean, quiet and with all the amenities .

Super cute and cozy stay right by the beach and trails. We had a great trip. Initial booking was easy but when I tried to extent my trip by two days and saw the cabin was available online, I tried to contact the host 3 times. When they got back to my 4 days later the cabin had been booked. This was a little frustrating. Also the mattress was older with a foam topper which was not great for my back.

Very sweet cottage and a short walk along a sandy path to a beautiful beach. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay- you can slow down for a while here.

We were looking for a cozy, relaxing cottage close to the beach and that's what we got. Spotless and cosy inside soft comfy bed and large shower. It was perfect. Sitting on a private street a few strides from the beach this cottage was fully prepared for guests. We had sunrise walks on the beach (with fresh coffee), walking to the village for dinner and back home via the beach at sunset. Enjoyed hiking Mt. Tamalpias and exploring the area. The location is so close to so much. And relaxing in a quiet comfy cottage afterwords was wonderful. We loved the yard with chairs and fire pit and dining area on the deck. The outdoor shower was so handy for washing sand off before going inside. We're planning our next trip, cant wait to go back.

This our second time staying at Casita Azul. It's just the right size for the two of us and our toy poodle. We love that it has a good sized, private, fenced yard with outdoor seating, and a charcoal grill and fire pit if you choose to use them.The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and cook-top (no oven) which worked out fine for us for cooking with the food we brought with us. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows. And the television was set up with a lot access to complementary streaming options to select from.The dog friendly part of Stinson Beach is walking distance, about 2 minutes away. At this time of the year, we had the beach practically to ourselves. And our car remained parked the entire time we were here.Colby, the property manager, has excellent instructions regarding the property and is easy to communicate with. We will definitely be returning!

The property was clean and well put together. There were dishes for our use, coffee, filtered water ready to drink, bathroom supplies and extra blankets for guests to enjoy. There was one hiccup with our stay and the host was right on it and resolved the issue as quickly as possible. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Beach Vibes

This was our second time staying at this sweet gem. It’s a lovely cottage just steps from the beach. It’s clean, cozy, and perfect for a couple or family with small kids. We’ll definitely stay again when it’s available.

Everything was great, but the ants caught us off guard. Just make sure you don’t leave any food out and you’ll love the space. The thirty second walk to the beach was the highlight of the space.
