The Space:

La Centrale of Ile de Ré presents this superb charming house, which can accommodate up to 8 people. Ideally located in Saint-Clément-des-Baleines, just a few steps from the Phare des Baleines, it offers an ideal location for both relaxing and practical holidays, thanks to its proximity to cycle paths.



The house is comfortable and consists of a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room.

Room 1: 1 double bed 160x200 with private bathroom.



UPSTAIRS :

Master Bedroom: 1 double bed 160x200 with private bathroom.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 90x200.

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90x200.

The house includes on the upper floor rooms 2 and 3, a bathroom as well as an independent toilet.



The house is non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.



Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! The island offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays, with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Everything can be done by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island that is 30 kilometres long. Passionate about history, summer activities, gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to help you enjoy a quality stay in our home.



Upon your arrival, we will provide you, in addition to our welcome kit, a welcome guide with tips and our advice for discovering the Island of Ré under the best conditions!



The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental, outside the summer period.



INCLUDED SERVICES :

The end-of-stay cleaning is included.

The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).

The key handover and on-site house presentation are included.



The tourist tax is not included.



The security deposit of an amount of £500 is mandatory before entering the premises (by pre-authorisation of bank card or bank transfer).
