VILLA MYOSOTIS

Upon arrival at this villa, you can immediately relax on the spacious covered terrace. This terrace offers views of the rolling landscape with its hills, vineyards, and the Pyrenees. From the villa, you can enjoy walks, and the village is nearby for fresh croissants every morning. The wooded area invites you to relax, and a day at the beach is also an option. The living room and open-plan kitchen (65 m²) open directly onto the large covered terrace, accessible through French doors. The kitchen is, of course, equipped with all the modern appliances you would expect from a holiday villa. All bedrooms are on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms have French doors opening onto the covered terrace and feature double beds (210 x 180 cm and 210 x 160 cm). One of these bedrooms has its own bathroom with a sink, shower, bathtub, and toilet. The second bathroom is located between the other two bedrooms and has a sink and shower. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (80 x 200 cm). There is also a separate toilet in the hallway. The large, spacious covered terrace connects to two bedrooms and the kitchen/dining room, making it easily accessible. Here you can fully enjoy the tranquility, space, and breathtaking views. A wide staircase leads to the large terrace with sun loungers, a private heated swimming pool (4 x 8 m), and a jacuzzi. There is also the option of playing pétanque on the private court, and a ping-pong table is available for avid athletes or casual players. A barbecue is also provided. Parking is located in front of the house on the property.
