Thank you so much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. I’m really glad the space itself gave everyone room to spread out and get comfortable, but I’m truly sorry for the frustrations you ran into during your stay. The issues with water pressure, limited warm water, and the noise levels around the unit are all things we take seriously. I completely understand how those things can really impact the overall experience, and you deserved better. We’ll be making sure each of these concerns gets looked into so future stays aren’t affected in the same way. I’m glad you still had a fun time in St. George, but I’m genuinely sorry the unit itself didn’t meet your expectations. If you ever decide to give us another chance, I’d love to help you find a place that fits your needs much better so your stay feels relaxing from start to finish.
