This beautiful holiday villa, situated in a lovely wooded area, offers you complete freedom, peace, and space. The large private heated pool with its spacious terrace and the beautifully landscaped garden complete the picture. In short, you'll feel like a king in his paradise. The authentic village, located in the rolling hills of the Hérault region, truly gives you the feeling of being in the South of France. The neighboring village of Saint-Chinian has everything you need for daily life: a supermarket, bar, restaurants, shops, etc. There is also a large regional market twice a week (Thursday and Sunday). Exploring the wider region is a must (by car or mountain bike). There are many places of interest in the area, and the beach itself is not far away. The villa has a large living room with French doors opening onto the covered terrace and a functional, fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Also on the first floor are two bedrooms (double bed 180x200cm) with en-suite bathrooms (shower and sink) and French doors opening onto the covered terrace overlooking the garden, pool, and surrounding area. There is a third bedroom (double bed 180x200cm) and a separate bathroom with a bathtub, shower, double sink, and toilet on this first floor. A guest toilet is located in the hallway. On the top floor, there are two sleeping areas (double beds 180x200cm) with French doors opening onto a large balcony offering magnificent views of the surrounding area. Of course, the house has a washing machine.
