The home was beautiful and had everything a large group of people would need for a nice trip. The host was incredibly responsive and kind. I had asked many questions the weeks leading up to our stay and she answered them all. Between the comfort of the home and kindness of the host, I would stay here again.

Everything here was absolute perfection. It was extremely clean, very nicely appointed, and had tons of space for our group of 7. We loved that most of the rooms had an en suite bathroom, and only two of us had to share a room/bathroom. They had plenty of coffee, all of the appliances we needed to cook breakfast, and fast Wi-Fi. There were plenty of linens and extra blankets and the only special instruction we had was to turn off the lights and take out the trash. Overall fairly easy for a rental property.My only note would be that the chemicals in the hot tub were a little intense. Two of us have hot tub at home and are familiar with the maintenance requirements and the chemicals were so strong that they irritated our eyes and dried out our skin.

This stay was exceptional! My family and I stayed here the weekend of my wedding and it accommodated us beautifully. We had 14 guests, so all beds were full , and everyone was gushing about the house. Even the couple who slept on the pull out couch said it was super comfortable! Wehad our too dogs also loved the house!

Great Stay!

We had our annual family vacation at this property. It was the perfect home for our needs. The bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated our three families really well. We also really enjoyed the screened room and deck. It is located close to the Owner’s Club which we took advantage of as well. Also the property owners were extremely easy to communicate with and we hope to stay there again.

Family get-away

We had a great stay with our family. This house accommodated our family’s needs perfectly - spacious with plenty of room and entertainment for all, from the games, to the pool table, to the hot tub and access to the owner’s club. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice place for a family reunion or just meetings friends

Jess is a great host and was very accommodating on our requests during the check in and check out process. It is a nice home for a family reunion or meeting up with friends.

Great place for family gathering

This was the perfect home for our family gathering! We had so much room to hang out and the dining table was amazing. This was the best-supplied VRBO I’ve ever stayed in - it had everything! The ability to use the owners club was fantastic and the house was just a short drive from downtown. The hosts were communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved our stay and would book again if we return to Galena.

I enjoy being a host because I love the hospitality part of it. I get to fill our homes with items I always wish I have when we travel, to help make guests' stays relaxing & stress free!
