The living area, comprising a fitted kitchen, will have everything you need: an induction hob, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, an espresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle as well as all the necessary utensils at your disposal. It opens onto the lounge-dining room which, with its two comfortable sofas, is perfect for you to relax in front of a film or follow a sporting event.



A few steps further on, in the veranda, another lounge invites you to share an aperitif on comfortable sofas whilst admiring the view over Korejou bay. You will also find a large table to gather around for a convivial meal. For optimal comfort in all seasons, 2 stoves, one pellet and one wood, are at your disposal, in the lounge and in the veranda (pellets and wood not provided).



On the sleeping side, still on the ground floor of the house, you will find a first master bedroom with Queen-Size bed (160x200), a shower and above all a superb sea view from the bed.

The staircase leads to a second master suite occupying the entire floor. You will then enjoy a King Size bed (200x200), a bathroom with shower and bath, a dressing area and separate WC. Its splendid sea view is the first thing you will see when you wake up.



In search of a nice quiet place to work from home, this house offers you an office space on the upper floor with a beautiful sea view and you will benefit from high-speed internet connection (100mb/s download speed on average).



Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed, tree-lined garden of over 1950m² with a SPA and direct access to a secluded section of Créac'h an Avel Beach, guaranteeing swimming and a peaceful space for you and your children.
