Seas The Day 3bed/2.5bath updated with great outdoor space

Seas the Day is a stunning 3bed/2.5bath townhouse style single family home right in the heart of Marathon. 

The home features an open floor plan for the living, dining & kitchen. There is a flat screen TV in the living room with comfortable seating. The kitchen features stainless appliances and is fully stocked. The master bedroom features a king bed with an en suite bathroom. The master bathroom is a shower tub combo with double vanity sinks. One guest bedroom will feature two twins and the other has a queen. The guest bathroom is a shower. 

The laundry is located in the hallway between the bedrooms. There is a half bath off the living room on the main level.

Downstairs under the house you will find a colorful picnic table, lobster trap bar table, a high top table with two chairs and an ample amount of plastic adirondack chairs. There are also lights underneath and in the backyard that make the space twinkle at night. 

There are two grills, one is propane & the other is charcoal. These must be used out from under the property. 

There is room for 2-3 vehicles (depending on size) if there is no trailer. If bringing a boat and keeping in on a trailer, you will need to park it on the left side of the house (avoiding the mailbox) and then 2 cars can fit in the driveway. 

This property does not have any dockage. You may have your boat on a trailer at the property and launch it daily at the public ramps.

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking - dogs under 50lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.
