The place was nice and cool when we arrived, and very clean. The place fit the description and was very comfortable. The place was walking distance to some coffee shops, a deli, and some jice restaurants. We only stayed for two nights, but will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Tortuga music festival Base Camp

The house was perfect base camp for our music festival adventure, it was close to everything the beach the airport and amenities. The house is just as it is in pictures and was very comfortable. Would totally stay there again.

"We loved the "Cozy Cottage"

The "Cozy Cottage" was just perfect for our month long stay! Quiet, comfortable and safe. Danielle was the best host! Highly recommend this property!

Our hostess was always available for any questions and the house was absolutely adorable. There were many extras, so you if forget anything it's ok. I would highly recommend this property.

Location. Location. Location

My wife and I (and our small dog 🐶) stayed for 2 weeks at the cottage. Everything was as described and the host was awesome! No complaints and we’d do it all again if given the chance. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful experience

Danielle is an amazing host! Her cottage is cute, clean, and comfortable. Check in was super easy and she quickly responded to our early questions. Location is great! Walking distance to many parks and areas to walk our dog. Thank you!

Darling Property. Enjoyable Stay!

This property is darling, quiet and very safe. We had a wonderful time here. The hostess is gracious, kind and thoughtful. She was very prompt in responding to any questions we had and provided many little extras which made our stay even more comfortable. Our pups loved it here too. We love the close proximity to fantastic restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. Highly recommended. We would certainly stay here again!

All we needed for our stay!

My husband and I with our two dogs stayed for 10 days. We will be back. Very close to family and convenient to everything. The Host, Danielle, was extremely nice and quick to respond. The bed is very comfortable and bathroom nice size. Living room and kitchen were all we needed for our home away from home for the holidays.

Hidden gem!

The Cozy Cottage is a hidden gem. The pictures are true to reality and the cottage is beautifully decorated, clean and has everything you would need for a stay (we left a beach umbrella for future guests to enjoy). Location is good once we figured how how to access the property. Danielle was very attentive and understanding when I made an error on the booking. Would highly recommend the Cozy Cottage.

Our Stay Exceeded All Expectations!The stay was an amazing experience. We had a fantastic time from start to finish. The host, Danielle was incredibly personable and communicative. She provided clear directions and easy-to-follow instructions that made checking in an easy process. The property itself was spotless and stocked with numerous thoughtful amenities (snacks, wine, vacation essentials, ect.) that made us feel right at home. We especially loved the furniture. The bed and couch were both incredibly comfortable, which we greatly appreciated! The location is perfect and convenient to the Fort Lauderdale area, not to mention, at a reasonable price point. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Danielle!!

Cozy

Everything we expected and Danielle was in communication with us when i couldn't figure out tv (technology challenged). We stayed with our two Bulldogs. They liked it! Nice safe place.

Definitely a Cozy Cottage

Getting into the house was as easy as can be. The house was comfortable and clean. It had everything that we needed and more. It felt so secluded with the fenced yard even though it was in the middle of it all. The owner was extremely pleasant to communicate with. Oh, our dog didn’t want to leave either. We would definitely recommend this cottage to any couple looking to get away!

Quick relaxing getaway

Unfortunately we arrived after 7pm due to plane delay, difficulty finding house number then entrance was thru dark n scary alley. Bathroom sink not draining properly. Air condition blows straight down on our heads. House was clean and otherwise comfortable.

I’m really surprised by this review. If there were any issues you could have reached out to me and I would have corrected them immediately. As with what I do with each guest, I sent you step-by-step instructions on how to find the house along with pictures that correlate to make super easy for you to find the house. The neighborhood is a safe and quiet neighborhood. There are lights on the fence so you can find it. The AC is a mini split, you have full control as to where their air is angled. All you had to do is change the direction on the remote. I’m super saddened by this review especially since I strive for each of my guests to have such a wonderful experience down to the little details that I include. If there was any issue, any time, I would’ve been there.

The host was fantastic, the communication was awesome, the location convenient and I loved the locking gate to secure my vehicle during my stay. However, I had to leave early and forfeit the balance of my stay (five nights) because, sadly, the place was substandard as far as cleanliness. There were roaches and too many other bugs. It's Florida, I get it. I live here, too. But when they were crawling over the flatware in the kitchen drawers, things are ...well, I decided to pack in in and head to a hotel. Get a real exterminator in there. (Organics just don't work, D) and the place would be prime.
