Access via door code will be given a few days before check-in. The entire cabin will be yours.

★ PRIVATE PARKING:
Parking for 3-4 cars

★ ENTRY:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. Check-in anytime after 4 pm/ Check out is 10 am ET
No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late additional fees will incur.

★ INTERNET/CABLE:
High-Speed Wireless Internet
Smart TVs in each bedroom, on the main balcony, and in the living room.

★ BEDROOMS:
There are 4 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 10 people. There is a king master en-suite on the main floor. There are 2 additional king bedrooms and an additional bedroom with sleeping for 4 with 2 sets of twin bunk beds.

★ KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, drip/pod Keurig coffee maker.

★ LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron

★ AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

★ TRASH:
Please place all trash in trash bags and place it in the bear-proof trash container in front of the cabin. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick-ups.

If trash will no longer fit into the bins, please reach out so that we can try to coordinate a trash pick up with our cleaners.

In addition, you can use a trash drop off convenience center, the closest location is
447 Tiger Drive Pigeon Forge, it's about a 10-minute drive.

★ HOT TUB AND POOL:
Private Hot Tub
Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
We have an indoor heated pool, the temperature is preset to a lukewarm temperature (about 78-82 degrees). The pool is 4 feet deep, absolutely no diving.

★ SECURITY:
Ring Floodlight Security Camera at the front entrance
NO Indoor Cameras

★ PETS:
Dogs under 30 pounds allowed for $90 each per stay.

★ SMOKING:
Absolutely No Smoking indoors

★ FIRES:
Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $250 plus damages

★ REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.

★ Great Smoky Mountains National Park:
Weather-related road and facility closures may change throughout the day.

★ Dollywood Christmas Schedule and Hours
Dollywood is fully decorated for Christmas for the months of November, December, and early January. This festival runs from Nov. 10th to Jan 5th.
For the Christmas season, Dollywood is open every day except Mondays and Tuesdays. During the week of Christmas, Dollywood is open for these days, but they are closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
If you'd like to celebrate New Year's Eve at Dollywood, the park will be open until 9 pm on Dec. 31st. Be sure to check out Dollywood's operating schedule for planning your visit.

Great Vacation Spot

My Family and I stayed here for our vacation and it was a 10/10. Any questions I had or concerns the host took care of it immediately. We loved the rooms and hot tub was a hit for the adults and kids loved having access to the pool.

Mountain stay

Property is perfect for families. Kids had their own bunk room and bathroom. They had their own private pool downstairs which was great. Everything you need, this unit has. Owner graciously kept checking on us. I would suggest this unit to everyone going to Pigeon Forge.

Great Family Spot

It was the perfect spot for our family from great grandparent to grandchildren. Located in the middle of Pigeon Forge. The pool was a great place to end a hot day.

Great family get away

This is a nice cabin that can accommodate a large family or 3+ couples. We and our two married children and their spouses, along with our 6 month old granddaughter enjoyed our stay here very much. Hope to come again

Nice stay

Easy check in/out process. TV remote in one room didnt work and internet was spotty. Couple of floor boards need replaced, but over all was super nice. Kids loved the pool.

Great place!

Very nice place to stay. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a very relaxing and fun weekend. The kiddos loved the pool and arcade games! Plenty of kitchen items to use for meals. Lots of space for all to spread out. Would definitely recommend when visiting Dollywood and surrounding areas!

Nice home

Lovely outdoor decks, hot tub and pool. House was pretty clean and had plenty of towels. Good floor plan for families. Lacking in storage and kitchen pots and pans needed replaced badly. There was not a lot of serving dishes or prep dishes. As a family of 9 who ate at the house every dinner it was necessary to run dishes every night. Bedding and mattresses were subpar at best. Mattresses were very soft and squishy and the sheets were very thin. The master bed frame was creaky and loud and felt like it was going to fall apart every time I rolled over. Good location, close to parkway. Development had lots of dogs visiting and not a lot of green space.

Perfect Location; Wonderful Time!!

The cabin was in a perfect location! Mins away from all the attractions. There was more than enough space for my family of seven. The pool and hot tub really came in handy as the weather was colder than usual during our stay. The communication with management and the owner was excellent! My family and I definitely plan on returning to this rental in the near future.

Fall Break in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge

The Sage Retreat was an awesome home away from home for my family during our fall break vacation this year. Check in process was very easy as was the check out process. Location of this property is fantastic as well - less than 15 minutes to pretty much all the major attractions in the area! The indoor pool was a huge bonus and the kids loved it. I think we took a swim everyday we were there! Property was clean and well maintained. Another bonus - the internet service in the home was great which can be hit or miss in the area. Would definitely book again with Neil and No Worry Vacations!

Nice Cabin, great 4th of July stay

The cabin, overall was very nice. It was very clean, pretty well maintained and everything it worked properly. Check in was simple, easy and the owner was great! There was constant communication with him regarding our stay. The location is extremely convenient to the main highway in Pigeon Forge which was very nice. The only issues we had were the dumpster had trash on the ground, everywhere. It made for an eye sore over a long weekend. The cabin also is not as big as the pictures would indicate. Overall, my family and friends had a great time over the 4th of July weekend in this cabin.

SHUT OFF WATER 2x WITHOUT NOTICE

Upon arrival we found a nicotine wrapper on arcade game upstairs. A broken frying pan covered with food in the cabinet. All of the silverware appeared dirty in the drawer & had to be washed. We also discovered the only cookie sheet dirty outside by the porch stairs. Limited kitchen dishes & cookware. Bring what you need from home. The ceiling light in the living room was burnt out. The flooring throughout the house is chipped & coming up don't walk around bare foot. We opened the sofa bed that night for my oldest to sleep on & it was covered in food crumbs with a red candy stuck to the bottom of the mattress. The sofa bed itself was broken, the top part folded down towards floor or upright but would not lay flat with the rest of the bed and we could not find any sheets for the sofa bed. So don't count on using it. The next morning while trying to get dressed we discovered we had no water. Contacted the host & was told the system detected a leaked & shut it off automatically during the night. I don't believe this to be truthful considering my son and I both used the bathroom between 6-7am with no issues. I feel the owner woke up to an alert & panicked & shut the water off without contacting us first. The owner did send a maintenance guy out the next day to look at sofa bed which they were unable to fix. I was told to buy an air mattress. We made the best of it. Then the last night the owner shut the water off again without notice while I was trying to wash clothes and dishes.

Fam vaca

The cabin was clean and check-in was easy. Conveniently located. Although cabin had 4 BR, they are small with no closets-there are dressers in each BR. Coffee pot was disgusting and nasty. We reported, next day they offered to descale. We bought another one to take home. Handsoaps were empty so we bought more. We reported a few minor issues which I hope will be addressed. The living rm did not have enough seating for the whole family. We enjoyed our stay and going in pool and hot tub was a great.

A cozy cabin-style retreat big enough for the whole family!

The Sage Retreat was everything we hoped for and more! One of the best parts of our stay was how close we were to the action—just minutes from the Strip in Pigeon Forge—yet it still felt like we were tucked away in the heart of the Smoky Mountains.It’s the ideal spot if you want quick access to restaurants, attractions and entertainment, but don’t want to sacrifice that peaceful, cabin-in-the-woods experience. As soon as you pull up the drive, you feel like you’ve escaped into your own private mountain retreat. The views are beautiful, the air is fresh, and the surroundings are quiet and calm.The cabin itself was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings with coffee, and winding down at night after a fun day out. It’s the best of both worlds—convenience without the crowds, and nature without being totally off the grid.Highly recommend The Sage Retreat for anyone who wants to experience the Smokies without being too far from the action!

Family get away

This cabin was very nice just enough room for the entire family. We go to the mountains every year on the kids spring break and this was on rhe the top of our places to stay.

Winter Vacation

Place was great and easy to get too. Plenty of space and loved the pool/ hot tub areas. Loved the porch with TV and fireplace area. Wish it hadn’t been so cold so we could’ve enjoyed that more. All in all a great place for a big group.

Thanksgiving trip to Pigeon Forge

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless and that included the pool and the hot tub! Highly recommend to a large family. We had 6 adults and 5 children - plenty of room!
