House with elevator, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. On the ground floor: an entrance hall, a separate toilet, a garage with shower and outdoor patio, and a washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor: a living/dining room with television, a separate toilet, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Outdoor terrace.
On the second floor: a bedroom facing the sea with a king-size bed (180x200cm) with its own bathroom and dressing room. A second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a third bedroom with four single beds (90x190cm), a separate toilet, and a bathroom with a bathtub. A bedroom with a 180x2000 cm bed and an en-suite shower room (ref. MAIS 199). Linens not provided.
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax and security deposit by credit card or bank check, as well as a cleaning deposit of €250.
Optional services:
- End-of-stay cleaning upon request: €250 (subject to availability).
- Baby cot and high chair: €20/week, subject to availability.
