This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.

Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own! 😊

Our room location was wonderful. The room was clean upon arrival. We had one incident with water leaking from the ac unit, called the host and within minutes someone was there to fix it. On a whole it worked well for our family. The rooms were on the smaller side, the kitchen could of had a bit more utensils provided if offering up to 10 people. In all we had a great time and enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

The condo was beautiful. It is nicely situated in the building and had beautiful views of the beach. It was well appointed with everything needed for cooking and had a nice washer and dryer. Perfect place for a nice getaway!

Everything was better than expected. The view was amazing. It was near everything but not close enough that we got into the crowds. We had a great time.

Such a great place

This property was amazing. Great location to the beach, clean and bright inside. Great little tiki bar with music outside our balcony. Highly recommend!!!

Great Stay

The condo is comfortable, inviting, and in a great location. My kids, wife, and I enjoyed the live music by the restauranr/bar right outside --the food there was also very good. Bob and his colleagues at OC Beachfront Rentals were very communicative and friendly--easy checkin and no surprises. Access to the beach and the two pools was also great. We felt safe and comfortable our entire stay. Highly recommend.

Excellent property!

We have stayed in the Plaza many times and this was by far our favorite unit. Great renovations, lots of thoughtful touches throughout. Easy check in and unit was available much earlier than expected. We will definitely be back!

Vacation 2025

The condo was almost perfect. Absolutely loved the location (112) sitting comfortably on the balcony listening abd watching all the gappy activity. My only complaint was the uce maker didnt work and the pull out was extremely uncomfortable. They ended up sleeping on the couch.

The ocean view and spacious layout were perfect for our family, but the cleanliness was disappointing. We found old coffee left in the pot, a greasy film on the stove, and dusty fans/vents in every room. There were also no TV instructions for how to get to the Xfinity hookup. We were able to get the bedroom TVs working, but the master TV remained unusable for watching March Madness.

Ladies Trip

We only had time to do a weekend due to everybody's work schedule, but I'm sure if you go during the warmer weather you will also have a fabulous time. The Condo gives a feeling of Beach front home and our stay was on the strip, very close to everything; such as Food Lion, Wawa, numerous restaurants and there's a 7-11 next door. The Outlets are about 10 minutes away and The Ocean Downs Casino is 5 minutes from the Outlet. Th7 -11 is next door.

Nice stay

Jungle bar is right outside the porch so good if you don't mind the crowd and music. Air conditioning and ice maker were not working but were taken care of the next day, communication was good! Could have had pot holders and some more bowls but beautiful place. Having the sheets, towels included was very convenient. Had toilet paper, dish soap etc.which was also lovely!

Nicely Renovated Condo

Condo was nicely renovated and clean. Security desk always friendly and helpful. It is on the first floor so balcony is basically at the tiki bar if that makes any difference when selecting a place. The linens provided were subpar however (old towels and some with bleach stains, no blankets just thin comforters on beds, 100% polyester sheets on master bed) so we ran to Homegoods the next day to buy some items to make our stay more comfortable. We would suggest just bringing your own linens if you choose this condo for your vacation!

This room needs an update and a deep clean. I am deeply upset about the amount of money I paid to stay here for 3 nights. The master bath was filthy. The paint on the door was peeling, the floor was gross. None of the faucets or spouts were secured or wiped clean and the toilet paper holders were rusty. They supplied towels that had bleach stains and looked like they were reused for years. The moldings throughout the unit had dirt/dust on them. Pillows on the couch and on the beds are stained. The kitchen table was not clean. I used 4 outlets that were not secured and had to reset the breaker. Last year I stayed in a different unit on the same floor that was pristine! It was not available this year so I chose a different unit. If I were the owner of this unit, I would definitely inquire about the upkeep in my absence. We did not enjoy our stay. I would not stay here again.

We had a lovely long weekend! Great spot - we saw lots of dolphins. When we had an issue with the microwave it was resolved in a matter of hours. The linens could use updating and I imagine the proximity to the bar/live music might be loud for some guests, especially in the high season! For our stay, it was smooth and easy.

This was a fantastic experience!

I'm Bob. I am married with my beautiful wife Teresa and have two kids Blake 12 and Brooke 10. I grew up in Northern VA  and went to Ocean City, MD every summer. We loved it. I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
I started using VRBO a few years ago as a guest when we traveled to Hawaii, Miami and even Ocean City. Through these travels, I've been fortunate to learn what a good VRBO experience (and host) looks like. A great home, with a friendly host, in an awesome location, and the ability to do the things you love! I try to ensure that each and every guest that I host walks away with all of that and hopefully more!
