GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have private use of the entire home, swimming pool, tropical garden, outdoor seating areas, and gated property.

Please confirm the total number of guests when making your reservation. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been received.

LOCATION

The villa is situated on a peaceful hill overlooking the ocean and surrounding countryside.

The property is approximately 2 kilometers from Las Terrenas and only a few minutes from Playa Cosón. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, and several of the area’s beautiful beaches are all within convenient reach.

HOUSE RULES — ENGLISH

Please treat the villa and property with care and respect.

1. Registered guests

Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Unauthorized guests will incur a charge of $20 per person, per day.

2. Early check-in

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee and is limited to a maximum of three hours before the regular check-in time. Advance approval is required.

3. Checkout

Checkout is strictly by 11:00 a.m. An approved late checkout of up to three hours will incur a $50 fee. Departures more than three hours after checkout may be charged the full daily rate. These charges do not apply when a different departure time has been agreed upon in advance.

4. Property damage and additional cleaning

Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay. Damage exceeding the $300 deposit amount will be billed to the responsible guest and reported to VrBo.

If the villa is left in a condition requiring cleaning beyond the normal turnover service, an additional $50 cleaning charge may apply.

5. Maximum occupancy

The maximum permitted occupancy is 14 guests.

6. Pets

Pets are welcome. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damage they cause.

7. Smoking

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Please do not smoke inside the villa.

REGLAS DE LA CASA — ESPAÑOL

Por favor, trate la villa y la propiedad con cuidado y respeto.

1. Huéspedes registrados

Solamente se permiten en la propiedad los huéspedes incluidos en la reservación. Los huéspedes no autorizados tendrán un cargo de $20 por persona, por día.

2. Entrada anticipada

La hora de entrada comienza a las 3:00 p. m. La entrada anticipada puede estar disponible por un cargo de $50 y se limita a un máximo de tres horas antes de la hora normal de entrada. Se requiere aprobación previa.

3. Salida

La hora de salida es estrictamente antes de las 11:00 a. m. Una salida tardía aprobada de hasta tres horas tendrá un cargo de $50. Las salidas realizadas más de tres horas después de la hora establecida podrán cobrarse a la tarifa completa de un día. Estos cargos no se aplicarán cuando se haya acordado previamente una hora de salida diferente.

4. Daños y limpieza adicional

Los huéspedes son responsables de cualquier daño causado durante su estadía. Los daños que superen el depósito de $300 serán cobrados al huésped responsable y reportados a vrbo.

Si la villa se deja en condiciones que requieran limpieza adicional a la limpieza normal, podrá aplicarse un cargo adicional de $50.

5. Ocupación máxima

La ocupación máxima permitida es de 14 huéspedes.

6. Mascotas

Se permiten mascotas. Los huéspedes son responsables de limpiar después de sus mascotas y de cualquier daño que estas causen.

7. Fumar

Se permite fumar únicamente en las áreas exteriores designadas. No se permite fumar dentro de la villa.
