**THE HOME**

The primary suite features a king bed, private en suite bathroom, dresser and TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, with the second full bathroom conveniently located just outside the room.

The fully stocked kitchen includes cookware, spices, oils and small appliances including a crockpot, blender and panini maker. A coffee station with complimentary coffee and essentials is also provided.

You'll also have 1 Gig AT&T Fiber Wi-Fi, smart TVs and a stackable washer/dryer, making the home comfortable for both short visits and longer stays.

**WALK, BIKE & EXPLORE**

The Ecusta Trail access point is just 1/4 mile away, making it easy to walk, run or bike the trail. The trail also connects you with Lennox Station cafés, breweries and bike rentals.

Historic Main Street Hendersonville is just over a mile from the bungalow, with restaurants, breweries, shops, live music and seasonal events.

**BIKES & OUTDOOR GEAR**

Bring your bikes, kayaks, hiking gear or golf clubs. A private daylight basement with a secure exterior entrance provides storage for outdoor equipment safely out of the weather.

There are also two parking spaces directly across from the home. **Only the space on the side closest to the driveway is available for guest use.** The other space belongs to the neighboring property and should not be used.

Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple, and you'll have private use of the home during your stay. One small hall supply closet is locked for owner use.
