It is a completely renovated old fisherman's house, which is located near the port of Perros-Guirec.
On foot you will have access to restaurants, the fish market, shops, pubs, and small supermarket, bus stop.
Less than 10 minutes by car the fine sandy beaches of Trestrignel, Tréstraou with its restaurants, and its casino.
The house is ideally placed to explore the pink granite coast.

The accommodation
A large wooden terrace with a glimpse of the harbour with a table, chairs, and large armchairs.
On the first floor, an entrance hall with toilet, a cosy and fully equipped independent kitchen (small closed space for the washing machine), a counter for the aperitif, a very warm living room with 3-seater sofa (not convertible), an armchair, table and chairs for the meal.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds
very pleasant with a beautiful rustic wooden floor, a shower room with toilet.
The garage for the car, motorcycles (3m wide and 4m50), surfboards, sea kayaking and bicycles are sheltered.
The accommodations are made to accommodate 4 people.

A key box is at your disposal but I make sure to be there when you arrive.
