This one-bedroom condo in the sought-after Trailside community of Arapaho Village sits right along the Sachem trail at Okemo Mountain Resort. With its beginner-friendly rating, the Sachem trail is ideal for families and skiers of all ages and skill levels.

Inside this single-level condo, you'll find thoughtful touches to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Stay connected with free high-speed WiFi, and prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy a cozy evening in the living area watching TV, while a private washer/dryer ensures ease during longer stays.

Okemo Mountain Resort offers an impressive vertical drop of 2,200 feet (the highest in Southern Vermont), 20 lifts, and 121 trails, slopes, and glades to explore. When the snow melts, enjoy summer fun with access to the community pool and tennis courts. Plus, the charming heart of downtown Ludlow is just over two miles away, offering a variety of dining and entertainment options year-round.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Location

Ideal location for ski trip. Literally 30 feet out the front door to the trail and with the parking lot snowy, can ski back to the same door. Could not be easier. Condo itself is very comfortable and clean. Appliances all more than adequate, supplies the same. Bathroom small but works fine. Bed/mattress good, adequate blankets. Living room area with decent room and comfortable furniture. No one staying above or on sides, so unit very quiet. Only recommendation would be written information on how to work the TV and adjusting the thermostats (need to open the right side of the thermostat to access). Check-in and check -out seamless. Need 10 digit code to enter. Would definitely stay again as slope access is ideal.

Cozy Condo Close to Okemo

We had a great early season stay. The condo is slope-side but we, unfortunately, didn’t get to enjoy that since the trail wasn’t yet open for the season. The condo itself was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. We would absolutely consider staying here again.

Great little spot ten steps away from Sachem

This was a clean unit literally a few steps from Sachem trail. It was just me and a friend but we both agreed the United would have been good for our family’s of four.

Would definitely stay here again. Apartment is smallish but adequate and so convenient for skiing.

Amazing location and very cozy

Visited with 2 adult children the weekend after snowstorm. This unit is located 20 feet from the Sachem slope. Very cozy with a fireplace. Unit is not well stocked. No salt, pepper, sugar, coffee or baking sheet. Toaster oven did not work. WiFi was down part of the day. Apartment was clean but dinner plates in the kitchen cabinet had food residue. These small things however did not keep us from enjoying our ski trip thoroughly.

Perfect location on Okemo

Condo is a downstairs unit right off the Sachem trail (maybe 25 ft away). Home is well appointed and Vacasa customer service is very responsive.

Great Ski Vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our extended family enjoyed a great stay at Trailside 5B. Unit was very clean and spacious. We really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen & upgraded rooms/appliances. The puzzles were a surprise and made for fun evening competiton. The 3rd floor loft was the perfect spot for 8 tired kids to crash after a long day on the slopes. The unit is a bit of a walk to the Sachem trail - not insurmountable, but a bit longer than we thought initially when booking. Maybe not optimal if you had really small children, but could also easily be dropped off in the round about at the end of the street where it meets up with Sachem. The staff at Slopeside was very responsive - experienced a sewer issue during our stay which was quickly addressed.

Our three-generation family group of five adults and five tweens enjoyed the four-level layout, which offered privacy and quiet for the grandparents in the lowest level; on the top two floors were the two double rooms for the two sets of parents, and the bunk room and loft for the kids. The walk to the trail was a little bit strenuous (slightly hilly) but doable for our entire group. One slight but manageable downside was that one of the two full bathrooms is at the lowest level, which was nice for the grandparents staying there but a little challenging for the other eight of us to share the other 1 1/2 bathrooms. While there are enough beds for around 16 or more people, I think this condo is best for groups up to about 10, due to the size of the living room/dining room and also the bathroom layout. This was our second rental through Slopeside Okemo, and they did a great job from start to finish helping us find a great place and making everything easy for us!
