Walk to Beach, Fish in backyard, private pool, sleep 14

This beach house is on a peaceful cul-de-sac with minimal traffic and backs up to a canal leading to Back Bay. Our home is perfect for enjoying a quiet stay and has more amenities in its backyard than most five-start resorts. We have a private pool, a fishing dock, crabbing, boat access, a place to launch a kayak, yard games, a grilling area, outdoor dining, and much more.
Best of all, we are within walking distance (.4 miles) of one of the best beaches on the east coast. If you haven't visited Sandbridge before, you will be pleasantly surprised by how few crowds we have and how much space you will have to spread out. It's a great beach to enjoy the waves, build sandcastles, search for that elusive sand dollar, or spot a dolphin out in the ocean. Beach access has recently been redone (see pics in description). 
Our home floorplan is for multiple families with the expectation that most kids will stay together in a bunk room adjacent to the recreation room downstairs. This floorplan gives just enough separation from the adult rooms that each can enjoy their own space. Our top floor has a king bedroom with an en suite bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 queen bed rooms and a shared hallway bathroom. The bottom floor has a queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a small sitting area, a full bathroom, a game room with a sleeper sofa and a bunk room with 4 twin beds. 
If traveling with young kids who need to stay close to their parents, it's easy to set them up nearby and still enjoy your family's privacy.
We have a nice sized driveway, we can accomodate 6 cars. There is no on street parking allowed. Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am. (We may be able to accomodate an early check in (mid Sept-April, but there will be an additional $25 per hour charge for that).
During the off-season (mid Sept- April) we do offer heating our pool for an additional cost. Please note, that heating means approximately 86 degrees. Our hot tub is available year round and is included in your rental rate. Please note: our 5 person hot tub is cleaned between each guest, if we have to make an emergency call or if the pool company reports that foreign substances (ie bubbles etc) have been put into the pool or hot tub or if it is overloaded with people and our heater burns out due to lack of water, we will have to charge for that service call or replacement value. We do have a Ring camera that records motion and sound, it is monitored periodically during stays.

Please note: In our rental agreement, there is a $500 damage deposit. It is a hold on your credit card that starts the day of check in and is released 7 days after check out. If there is any damage, we will let you know and take it from that deposit. If there is no damage, the hold will be released. There will not be a charge on your CC statement.
