OIB Moonwalk w/Elevator, 4 BR & 4.5 Baths, 3rd Row from Beach, Community Pool

Welcome to our family beach home on beautiful Ocean Isle! **Each bedroom has a private bathroom**, a TV (with Roku & Wireless Streaming), and access to a balcony. The Primary Bedroom has a Casper King Bed, a Twin Day Bed and a Twin Trundle. One of the other upper level bedrooms also has a Casper King Bed and a Twin Day Bed. The third upper level bedroom has a Queen Bed. The main level bedroom has a Casper King Bed, and the main level study has a desk, chair and a loveseat couch. The entire house was updated in 2022-2023 with a new elevator, new furniture, new TVs, kitchen equipments & decor. The elevator is accessed from all three levels.

**Moonwalk can accommadate a maximum of 8 adults, 2 children, and no more than 5 average sized cars. A truck would use two car spaces.**

There is hardwood flooring throughout the house, a large dining room table with seating for 12, kitchen island with seating for 4, full laundry room, lower level game room with a mini ping pong table, and a second refrigerator in the garage.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 14 cup drip coffee maker (cone filters), Keurig, Ninja Blender, large Crock Pot, hand mixer, spices and a large variety of pots, pans, utensils, dishes and glassware.

The backyard is fenced and professionally landscaped with palm trees, a paver patio with 8 Adirondack chairs, a hammock, Weber propane grill, corn hole set and an outdoor shower. **Beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach buggy are also available for guest use.**

Moonwalk is less than a 1/4 mi walk to the beach, and .2 mi to the Summerplace community pool. Moonwalk has self check-in with a dedicated keyless entry code for each guest, high speed wi-fi, and Five Smart/Internet TVs.

**Please note sheets & towels are not provided.** We recommend renting them from Care Linen Service. A starter set of toilet paper and paper towels is provided.

Moonwalk is walking distance to several restaurants, coffee shops, bicycle rental shops, beach gear shops, mini golf, the pier, Town Center Park, Sunset Slush and Ocean Isle Creamery.

During the summer season, Moonwalk rents Sunday-Sunday.

The house was very clean. It was plenty of room for 10 of us. The elevator was a plus It was located in a very nice neighborhood. The only downside for us was there was really no good view of anything and we really missed that from previous years. The walk to the beach was an easy walk but a little long for a GiGi and PaPa. We knew all this from the description we just didn't realize how important it would be to "us"

Ocean Isle June Stay

The property was perfect for a week long getaway. It was very spacious with an amazing master bath. There is a full office that allowed me to work while on my stay and be away from the other guests. The communication with Christina was excellent.

Great family beach house

This house is wonderful for groups. It is exactly as described, clean, fully stocked, lots of indoor and outdoor space for the whole family, and the elevator is great for anyone with mobility issues.

Great Stay, Wonderful Host!

Our family stayed at the Moonwalk, and we loved the place. The property was extremely clean and exactly as described on the listing. The home is spacious and had plenty of room for the eight people in our family. We especially enjoyed the big dining table for playing games together. The ping pong table was also a hit with our nieces. It was a short walk to the beach and the community pool is great. We had a few minor issues, but both the owner and the repair person were immediately responsive and fixed the issue. The owner is extremely accommodating and helpful, and she helped us navigate what to do with the recent incoming tropical storm. Would definitely recommend the home to anyone looking for a solid Ocean Isle Beach house.

Awesome!

Beautiful Beach House! Everyone had a wonderful time😍. Perfect weather, lots of indoor and outdoors places to spend family time together! Well stocked kitchen (could have used a big baking pan). Twin sleeping sofa in office could use an upgraded mattress but all regular beds were comfy. Love spending the 4th 🇺🇸🧨. There with all the celebrations! Elevator was a life saver for Papa and GaGa😍 Would definitely stay again! Thanks for sharing it with my family 🏖️❤️

Host falsely accused to financially gain.

Home is beautiful and meets all expectations. Guests please beware! Please take pictures upon arrival and at checkout. Upon arrival water was not turned on to all 5 toilets in the home. Contacted host, she sent maintenance out right away. Upstairs bedroom TV was not turned on until going to bed the night of arrival, it did not work. Woke up on day one, Master bath toilet almost overflowed. Contacted host by text to ask if there were plungers in the home. Before Host returned call I found a plunger. Host made contact and sent her maintenance men out (2) men. There were problems with all toilet's gurgling and flushing slowly.At another time I noticed half bath down stairs had a very bad leak. contacted host again. Host sent her maintenance man out again to look at leaky toilet. He worked on toilet and ask me to keep an eye on the leak. Few days later the lock on the front door stopped working. I contacted Host, she sent maintenance man out right away. He took lock apart fixed it and told me that they had same trouble with the lock in the past and had to replace it. Really nothing to complain about just normal wear and tear. I’m a home owner and I understand things happen. But what I don’t appreciate is a email I received stating the host has charged me an extra fee of 757.99 for excessive clogged toilet trips a broken TV and extra clean up for a party 50. Her home was left spotless, there was not a party of 50. Police were called for loud music at 10:05 pm warning given.

Great Labor Day Getaway

Property and host were great. Squeaky clean. Issues with front door lock (batter died / jam) but host responded immediately and maintenance came within 30 mins. About 5 mins slow walk to beach. Tons of bed space, and elevator was super helpful! Would return!

We had a great time!

Moonwalk was wonderful for our short weekend! Plenty of space to spread out for our family of 5 and we really enjoyed family time in the yard playing games at night.

Beach trip at moonwalk

We had a great experience last week at moonwalk OIB. We normally stay in sunset - so Ocean Isle was a bit busier - but the house was fantastic! Very good for a family week at the beach! The house was very well appointed with nice furniture and very nice finishes - love the hardwood floors. The back yard was very nice - lots of room to relax. We rented a golf cart for the week - which was very helpful getting around. Would highly recommend this house for a family stay!

Family Fun at OIB

We enjoyed our stay at Moonwalk. The main floor and dining area were spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the large washer and dryer were great. It was nice having each bedroom en suite.. Moonwalk exceeded our expectations and was perfect for us.

Wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful beach house ... very clean and the elevator is a godsend to help get heavy suitcases to the top floor. The house is equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas so you don't have to pack your own for the trip. The owner is very quick to respond with any questions that you might have throughout the week. It was just a wonderful overall experience!!

Clean house in OIB

My family stayed at this house in June of 2022. This was a great property for our family. It is a short work to both the community pool and the beach. It's also close to the center of town which has several restaurants and activities for the family. The elevator was extremely helpful for one of us that is unable to climb stairs. If you need a handicap accessible home in OIB this is a fantastic option. The owner was quick to respond to all of our questions.

Family Beach Week!

The Moonwalk was a clean, spacious home on the fourth row with access to a community pool and an easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach (several public beach access areas nearby). The house had more space than we realized - a great office space and the family room was comfortable for all of us - and the owners left it well stocked. Only downside was that we couldn’t see the ocean but we could see the canal so great to have some water view. We rented a golf cart and it was easy to keep in the garage. Would certainly recommend - thank you to the owners and property manager!
