Looking for the perfect getaway in the cool, beautiful pines of Pinetop Lakeside? The Lakehouse Cottage is your perfect escape! Located near Rainbow Lake in Pinetop Lakeside, Arizona, our cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home comfortably sleeps 8 to 10 guests and has everything you need for a relaxing mountain retreat.

Spend your days enjoying the outdoors and your evenings unwinding in the private hot tub, relaxing in the hammocks, gathering around the outdoor fire pit, or cozying up next to the beautiful indoor fireplace. There is plenty of space to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Our home is pet friendly (dogs only)  with an additional fee and features a fully fenced yard and doggy door, making it easy for the whole family, including your four legged family members, to enjoy the getaway.

Inside, you will find an inviting open concept kitchen and living area with everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy time together. We provide both a single cup Keurig and a traditional coffee maker, so you can start your mornings with your favorite cup of coffee.

Each main room has a smart TV, and the home includes high speed wireless internet, so you can stay connected when you want to or unplug and enjoy the mountain life.

For your convenience, we also provide a full size washer and dryer, so you can pack light and keep up with laundry during your stay.

Rainbow Lake is just a short drive away, approximately 5 minutes, and the surrounding area offers endless opportunities for hiking, fishing, boating, exploring, and enjoying the beauty of Arizona's White Mountains.

This cabin in the pines is a real treasure! Very quiet location, big and comfortable backyard, very clean, and host is helpful and accessible ! We totally enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

We loved staying in this cute house! Great location and so quiet.Our dog loved the pet friendly setup with a fenced yard. Our only disappointment was I thought they provide a box of s'mores fixings! It was in the photos? I went and bought everything, Such a fun time at the campfires in the evenings. No issues with our mini vacation. We’ll return!

We enjoyed the house. It is fully equipped. We stayed there and did our own cooking so never saw Pinetop. The weather was perfect. We are not hot tub people but enjoyed that for a change. A get away for us from heat here in Pebble Creek. Plenty of sleeping arrangements. If you want a comfortable house I highly recommend it.

This cabin contains just about everything you'll need for a nice stay. The home is clean, comfortable, cozy & decorated with a cute cabin theme. If you watch television, you'll be happy to find 3 televisions. The hot tub is clean & warm. There are 2 kayaks you can take down to the lake. It's located on a quiet cul-de-sac, close to Rainbow Lake & not far from town. The host is quick to reply to questions & very helpful. The neighbor straight across is very welcoming as well. We enjoyed our stay & think you will too.

This property is a GEM! conveniently located 1/2 way from wherever we wanted to go . . .either a few miles to the RIGHT for Pinetop-Lakeside restaurants & shops (Eddie's for smoked applewood meats, Olive Oil store, fudge, Pinetop Brewing . . .the wagyu burger and a slice of the cheesecake, mmmm and Sal & Theresa's Mexican . . OMG, get the green corn Tamales) or head to the LEFT for Pure Relaxation Spa . . . a massage is always appreciated, or The House for live music and great food!!The house has comfy beds, 2 bathrooms, a great kitchen and a delightful backyard!!! Perfect for watching Netflix as a group or alone at night in your rooms. Quiet neighborhood!Beautiful wood trim and tile throughout, love the bears! (So in love with the Northern Lights lamp I googled and found it on Amazon)!!!Definitely on my list for future bookings. Owner is responsive to messages.

Cabin was amazing, clean and the hot tub was AWESOME after a long day of driving! Robin was a terrific host, and communication was excellent. I had a last-minute request to add an extra day to my stay after I already booked, and Robin was wonderful about extending my reservation. Loved that the cabin was pet-friendly, too...my dog thoroughly enjoyed his time here :)

What a nice place to stay! Clean and comfortable. The only thing that was disappointing was that there was no access to the lake except to drive around to the opposite side. It appears that the neighbors with access put up fences with no trespassing and no access to lake signs so we didn’t get to enjoy the lake at all. Other than that we enjoyed our time here.

Winter Getaway

The home was perfect for our family get away! Private rooms for the adults with secluded space for the younger ones. Plenty of ammenities...including a jacuzzi!

The cabin was very clean, had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the home is located on a dead end so there is no traffic. There was a lot of nice, easy walking in the area and only 5 minutes away was a preserve with miles of trails to hike. The hot tub was nice in the cool evenings and to soothe the sore muscles.The only bummer was that lake access by the home was fenced off by a neighbor and the public access on the north side of the lake was very busy. The owner was wonderful about finding a solution. There was a neighbor about a 5 min walk from the home that allowed us his lake access to fish off of his dock. Overall, it was a nice, relaxing time away to the mountains.

Great house!

What a cute house and the location was great. 5 min walk to the lake and they had kayaks to use. Such a cute touch with the s’mores station. Would definitely stay here again.

Slice of Heaven

We loved the cabin! The property was in a cute little pocket and had walkable lake access. The themed rooms were fun for the kids. We had a great time carving pumpkins on the deck and roasting smores in the back.

Summer Get A Way

This charming house near Rainbow Lake was the perfect get a way for us to get out the hot summer in Phoenix. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a 3 week stay. The fire pit in the backyard was perfect for making s'mores and we used the kayaks that are available a few times. We would recommend this house for others to enjoy.

Clean cabin , wonderful hosts

The cabin was homey and comfortable. We had a party of 7. It was our first time visiting Pinetop and we loved it. It felt like home ( Wisconsin) to me, slow paced and wonderdul people. The cabin was well.equipt with everything we needed. The host was very responsive to questions. Thank you again.

This house had plenty of room for us with our dog and our mountain bikes. So many special touches and supplies and the hot tub and fire pit out back were great! The bed and furniture were comfortable and the deck out front with a safety mesh and gate were so nice for our dog to hang out in the sun while we ate lunch. There are miles of hiking and biking trails in all directions. The hosts for this home really put a lot into making this a great stay. There was even a spare dog bed that our dog used on the deck. The neighborhood was sooo quiet we slept great. The neighbors across the way were very nice. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and pots and pans for making meals. We will definitely visit again and stay in this house! Thank you to the Serna's for sharing such a great home!

First Class Property

The home is small, but has everything one would need. Owner provides a great brochure with lots of information about the area and pertinent things about your stay. The towels are soft and thick. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer. The kitchen is well stocked with quality appliances, pots, pans, dishes, etc. . There is a smart TV. The house is decorated for a stay in the woods. The property is all lava rock so it's very clean. We loved it and hope to stay again next summer.

We are a small family of 5 who loves the white mountains. Being raised in these beautiful pines really help you appreciate this slower paced life. We use the house as a getaway and have dreams of doing big things with it in the future.

We love the location near the lake, we love being outdoors and enjoying a bit of a slower pace on the weekends and holidays. The cabin sits in a quiet neighborhood with cute features that make it unique. If you are looking for a cozy place to sleep or a relaxing day out back roasting marshmallows and hanging in the hammocks we offer both. Take a couple minute walk to the beautiful rainbow lake or go skiing at Sunrise.
