Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing views and location

A very beautiful home, nicely decorated and fully stocked, with amazing views of the ocean, and close proximity to everything. The property is right on the beach, which allowed us to enjoy endless days on the beach with immediate and easy access to all of the amenities the property had to offer. We had a great time!

A few days away

We wanted a few days away and Ocean Towers was recommended to us. It was nice being able to watch the waves from the condo. The building is close by stores and restaurants.

Great location!

This condo was perfect for my family of four. Being close to the beach was convenient for coming up for the bathroom and lunch. The complex was quiet, and the condo was tidy and had everything we needed. The location was great, we walked to restaurants and there’s a little deli nearby for anything you may have forgotten. It’s very centrally located and you can get anywhere in Ocean City pretty quickly.

We loved it

Everything was wonderful. And the view was amazing. The properly had a few issues with some corrosion like the screen door on the balcony. But that's general wear and tear. I didn't give a 5 star on communication with the property manager but that's bc I couldn't figure it out thru the app. We enjoyed it so much we intend to stay there again.

Ocean City Beach Stay

Room was very clean. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Balcony was bigger than most allowed us to have the whole family with additional room. Extra large shower in master was a great plus. Would rent again.

Perfect location and view

This was perfect for my annual girls beach trip. Great view, clean (especially considering it was the end of the season), comfy beds, walking distance to many of our favorite restaurants - just what we needed. Being able to use the storage locker for beach gear was especially nice to help keep sand out and there was plenty of street parking. Obviously a very loved and well maintained unit.

We went for a long weekend. The condo is decorated nicely with a wonderful view, but unfortunately the maintenance was not up to par. The kitchen sink would not drain properly, backing up and taking hours to drain. The garbage disposal was broken. This was unfortunate because we ate in all meals but one. We informed the condo service, Vacasa, but nothing was done. There was baked on gunk on the bottom of the oven. This, however, was rectified right away. The kitchen window hinge came off once it was opened and we had to take off the screen and partially climb out to close it. The closet door in one of the bedrooms was broken. The main major inconvenience was the kitchen sink. If it wasn't for that, it would have been a very nice stay.

Enjoyable Stay

My family has stayed in the Ocean Towers 3A several times. We are pleased with the view, amenities, and styling of the condo. This is a really nice condo and at a reasonable price. Sadly, it appears it is beginning to suffer the wear and tear of many renters. Several walls are showing signs of scuffs and minor abuse. Two of the folding closet doors were off the tracks and unsecured. These are minor issues and I'm sure with a little TLC will be addressed. I just hope all appreciate the effort the owner put into making such an inviting Ocean City destination.

Nice Condo, but a few issues...

The condo is nicely appointed and conveniently located, but we had a few issues with our stay. First and foremost, the air conditioning was not working for our entire first night, with the thermostat refusing to go below 81 degrees. Fortunately, we turned the broken AC off and opened all the windows/sliding door and were able to get by with a nice ocean breeze despite the 90+ degree temperature outside. We contacted Vacasa and someone came out the next morning at around noon and found that the outside unit on the roof needed a new pressure switch. The AC unit was fixed within minutes and the AC worked flawlessly from then on. Secondly, the refrigerator barely cooled our food items we placed inside, despite being set on the coolest setting. Luckily the freezer worked, so we moved most our our items to the freezer. Lastly, the cleaners had left two full bags of trash from the previous tenants in the kitchen (under the counter in a trash bin, but "out of sight, out of mind", I guess.) Otherwise, it was a decent condo, and we'd probably stay again. Vacasa was made aware of the issues with the fridge.

Great unit and location

Had a great, long family weekend in this unit. It is a very nicely decorated/upgraded and comfortable unit with a beautiful view of the beach. Only one elevator so not sure how that would be in the summer, but it’s not a large high rise so would likely be fine. Personally like that it’s not a huge building. We would like to come back.
