The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops.

A well-rested vacation awaits at this charming, family-friendly condo just steps away from the beach! It's well-equipped with everything you and sports new renovations for 2023. Complete with an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and three new smart TVs, your stay here will be one you'll always remember. The private balcony has terrific views, adding to this vacation home's appeal. The complementary unit WiFI allows you to share highlights with friends and family. And, with an in-unit washer/dryer, you'll have the added conveniences of a home.

Things to Know
The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026.
The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Perfect Little Getaway

607 was the perfect spot for me to bring my granddaughter, a friend and her grandson for a few days. We enjoyed the proximity of the beach, the cleanliness of the condo, the well supplied kitchen and the comfortable beds! We took the grands to the local park and for ice cream one day! Such a fun spot to make memories! Will return for sure!

Clean and convenient with a beautiful view.

The view is fantastic. The living room area is clean and comfortable. There's plenty of seating. The parking spot that goes with the condo is good one under cover. It would be five stars except that the mattress in the main bedroom is so uncomfortable. It just needs to be replaced.

Women’s Retreat Weekend

We loved being able to gather comfortably in the living area while watching the waves roll in. The well stocked kitchen was perfect for our dinner party. The bedrooms were spacious with dedicated bathrooms being a plus. Shopping, dining and grocery stores are all within walking distance. The cabinets were full of a variety of games and books that would appeal to any age group. We will be back!

Pretty and Comfortable

The apartment is lovely and well appointed and must be recently renovated because it is in great shape. Gorgeous ocean front view. The complex is convenient with easy beach access, a tiki bar, some shops, nice pool deck, pool, and is clean and well kept. Close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. A great place to stay!

Everything was as pictured, nicely updated. Beautiful condo with beautiful views! This was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in at Golden Sands! We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Owner needs to update

I’ve stayed in this resort 21 other times and this owner needs to update it. Here are the issues as importance. Fix the AC system . The second guest bedroom is freezing at 70 degrees and the master bedroom is hot. Put a fan in the master bedroom. The furniture is old and needs updating . Put the tv on the wall and a love seat with a newer couch. Get a door stop for the main door. It’s a PIA putting chairs and beach equipment in the hallway. If you fixed the doors in the hallway with new ones or pocket along with closet for Master it would be functional. I will never stay in this unit again until updates are met. Why doesn’t the association figure something out so guests can leave chairs closer to the beach like the closets in the basement are not being used. Elevators still an issue as I had a guest get stuck on one for a short period of time. Lastly, have your security guards walk all around the resort especially to protect the vehicles in the garage area as we had on broken into. 2 security guards walking the patio for hours makes no sense.

Dirty Place - DO NOT RENT

The condition of this condo upon checking in was disgusting. There was eaten pizza and fake finger nails left on the balcony, clumps of hair and dirt all over the carpets, coffee still in the coffee maker and mold in the grinds, a plug plate was missing from the living room plug, the washer smelled of mold so bad and was so loud you couldn't run it and the dryer did not dry, you can not adjust the AC in this unit and the master bedroom was very hot, the closet door in the hallway was broken and as soon as we tried to open it it fell off the track and something was leaking all over our car in the garage and the residue from whatever it was still won't come off. Vacasa was notified immediately about all of the issues upon check in and did absolutely nothing to resolve the problems. This condo is needs many renovations to make it worth the weekly price we paid and they need to make sure it safe for children to be in. The building is also very run down and more elevators are needed for a 22 floor unit. Overall I would never ever rent from Vacasa again nor would I rent in the Golden Sands.

Great location but could use some updates

The location was great but the showers and sinks could have used more thorough cleaning. Also the furniture wasn't very comfortable, and there were not enough washcloths provided. The kitchen was small but had most of what we needed, and I appreciated that toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, a kitchen sponge, and some laundry tablets were all provided for us The view was amazing, and I really like the fact that the building provides large laundry carts and shopping carts rather than regular luggage carts for getting things to the rooms. Many of the amenities were closed, possibly because it was off-season when we visited. Bottom line, I'd probably rent this unit again as it was a good value for the price.

Beach

We were very happy with the unit but wanted to make mention of a few things the property owner might like to know. The cleaning of the baseboards in both bathrooms was covered with hair and dust. The Master Bath under the bench seat had mold and clumps of hair and there was clumps of hair in the drain also. Kitchen faucet runs constantly. It does not switch from spray to stream Outlet in the Living Room behind the rolling cart is broken and face plate was removed and does not work. Toilet in Master Bath is loose on the floor. Garage storage unit had a rusty chair and the boogie board was covered in dirt and spiderwebs, door did not close. Thanks for all of the beach accessories in the unit in the closet. Although 2 of the 3 umbrellas were unusable. Overall we enjoyed out stay!
