This three-bedroom home is perfectly situated in a beachfront building and includes all the comforts of home, ideal for your next trip to sunny Ocean City! When you're not out on a long walk along the rolling surf, kick back on the suite's private balcony to enjoy a refreshing beverage or a favorite mystery novel. The living room is a great place to entertain, and the full kitchen includes all the appliances and counter space you'll need to prepare wonderful meals for your dinner guests. Take advantage of the private washer/dryer to rinse away the beach sand while the central AC keeps everything nice and cool. You can use the free WiFi to research a new water sports adventure or download a good playlist to your device for a fun hot-weather hike.

Free WiFi

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Clean and Easy

Property was very clean. Well stocked with a welcome packet of TP, paper towels and trash bags to tide us over until getting to the store. Access to beach is great. Met a few full time residents who were very nice and welcoming. Texted from manager once checked in and they were very responsive and checked in periodically to ensure all was ok. Very nice unit. Great vacation.

Really nice unit

The corner unit was very nice. It was clean and quiet in a great location. Was it in perfect shape? No, but it's a rental property not your own home. Easy beach access, quick elevator and the 7-11 is right behind the building. The only issue we had was the hot water ran out after one shower so we had to wait a half hour between

Outdated Beach front property

Views were amazing and loved the balconies! Room sizes were good. However, the condo was so outdated. AC unit leaked, carpets so old and thin and no strip at the end of the carpet, so you could feel the sharp nails. Walls are dirty, laminate counter top original to the unit, MBR smelled like pee, glass door to MBR shower was off track. Unfortunately, not worth the cost.

Ocean City

The location of this property was excellent for us. The view of the ocean from our balcony made some of the short comings of the property more tolerable. We were 4 ladies in our 70's so clean is a big issue for us. 1. The dishes in the cupboard were not clean because the dishwasher needs to be cleaned. We noticed some of the glasses weren't clean so we prewashed those by hand before using them. Then we prepared a meal, put the dishes in the dishwasher and they came out with food particles stuck to glasses which were used for drinking water . Thus, we washed our dishes by hand after that. 2. We have stayed in multiple VRBOs and all the units had a welcome manual with instructions on how to use TVs, DVDs, etc. This unit did not have this helpful booklet which caused us to try and figure out how to use the DVD player with 3 remotes (different brands from the player) set out on the coffee table. We were successful to watch a movie but only in black & white. We contacted the office and someone came promptly to resolve the issue. An instruction booklet is highly recommended please. 3. We were not warned that 2 people taking a shower at the same time could result in the water becoming cold before your shower was done. Another reason for "helpful hints" in a booklet. 4. The unit has extra pillows but no extra pillow cases. ?? 5. When entering the unit, it appeared shabby and due for some overall painting and maintenance and definitely a thorough "deep cleaning". I'm sure we left the unit cleaner when we left than it was when we arrived. 6. On a positive note, the refrigerator and microwave were spotless and the furniture and beds were comfortable. 7. This unit satisfied our needs but we were disappointed that the standards we have experienced with other VRBO properties was not reflected in this unit. We will continue to use VRBO as we feel this experience does not represent the quality of VRBOs overall service.

Overall, a C+ grade.

TLDR: great views, ok lodging, rough ocean Positives: excellent views being right on the beach; you get both sunrise and sunset views; no external sounds/noises (soundproofing good); AC unit worked well keeping unit cool; size/depth of beach was good (not like crossing the Sahara to get to your spot). Beach patrol/lifeguards are excellent, very professional, and prevalent (they need to be - see below). Neutral: Unit is rough around the edges with the furniture starting to sag, vinyl flooring starting to crack and come up in places, decorations starting to fall apart or have been damaged; any surface that isn't a countertop/table have never been cleaned and it shows (e.g., walls are dirty); most closet doors are off tracks (or broken - see below); king bed leveled using books; the beach can be pretty crowded so you need to stake out your spot early. We didn't really care about this type of stuff since we have kids and didn't have to worry about keeping everything immaculate like you might in a place with everything brand new. Minor annoyances: AC unit's air filter was filthy and probably hadn't been replaced in over a year (Vacasa came in a couple days to replace); sheets are clean, but on the rough side; dvd player in main room didn't work (probably just need new cords); oven did not seem to reach correct temps; fridge worked fine - but was set to the highest cold setting which froze all our produce before we noticed; both bathroom fans are really loud; secondary bedrooms have light switches, but these control wall outlets - which have no lamps connected to them; due to the way the ocean behaves here (no discernable difference between high/low tide) there is never a time where the beach has hard-packed sand that allows for comfortable jogging along beach. Negatives: AC unit is loud. This was a problem all week since the door closing it off was busted off the hinges (Vacasa repairman couldn't fix and "had to put in a ticket," so likely will be fixed after we left). Biggest negative was the ocean itself. We've never been to Ocean City before so we were not expecting the way the waves and beach are here. The beach quickly drops off from waist deep at 15-25 feet from shore to neck deep at 25-30 feet, to overhead at 30 feet out. It gets deep quickly. Not a big deal by itself, but the waves crash at the 10-25 feet out distance where anyone could comfortably stand (even on totally calm days which we had several with great weather). You will get knocked down and tossed about pretty roughly if you don't get out beyond treading water distance. Children and grandparents will have a very rough time and I saw basically nobody under 10 years old or over 65 in the water all week (beyond ankle deep). The beach is so steep where the water reaches that waves that come in also rush right back into the ocean which causes a disconcerting "getting pulled out to sea" feeling everywhere you can stand. Adventurous adults and older kids will be fine, but this isn't the beach to have a relaxing time in the water. It is work playing in this surf.

Won’t be a repeat rental

Dust all over surfaces-looked like it had not been dusted in over a month. Toilet lid in master bath was broken on arrival. Sink in main bath did not drain properly. Coffee pot was dirty. Overall dingy feel to the place. The kitchen looked like a 5 year old child had painted the cabinets. Constant pieces of glass in parking lot. When the place is listed as a premier level, more should be expected.

Nice Condo

The condo was very nice. The front balcony was great and private which we loved. The back balcony, facing the beach was absolutely beautiful. It would be great to have a manual on how to work the T.V. But we were able to finally figure it out. The only negative was the cleaning crew on our check-out day. They were at the door right @ 10:00 am, prior to me checking out of the room. There should be a grace period for when they arrive. I checked out 10:10 am while the cleaning crew was at the door. They were nice & we allowed them in to begin their work since we were getting ready to depart the condo. Overall my family enjoyed the stay.

Very nice stay... The only problems were the location was wrong on the confirmation email. It was actually 2 blocks away. I googled the right location. Housekeeping left the dryer full of sheets and towels.
