The interior has a utility room at the entrance, equipped with a washing machine. Opposite the front door, you will find an independent WC, then access to the large living area. The lounge, with its sofa and television, is next to the dining room. A large fully equipped open-plan kitchen awaits you, with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee machine, as well as all the utensils needed for cooking. You will also have access to the terrace via the bay window.



The accommodation has 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: on the ground floor: a master suite with a Queen size bed (160x200) and a private bathroom.

Bedroom 2: upstairs: a Queen Size bed (160/200)

Bedroom 3: upstairs: a Queen Size bed (160/200) and a bunk bed (90/190)



The accommodation has a shared bathroom with an independent WC.



For added convenience, the entire accommodation is air-conditioned, 1 parking space is available in front of the house and you can store up to 5 bicycles in the utility room.
