Walk to Skiing at Deer Valley, Private Hot Tub, Wood Burning Fireplace, Mountain Views

With a real wood burning fireplace (complimentary wood provided), private hot tub, and views of the mountains and lake, this is the perfect home to enjoy a relaxing evening after a day on the slopes.

Skiing Deer Valley is super convenient with private shuttle and free bus stopping right in front for the two minute ride to the base - or with complimentary overnight ski check leave your skis and enjoy the beautiful seven minute walk. Complimenting the skiing you will find Deer Valley's Children's Center, rental shop, ski school and more all right there. Have any snowboarders in the group (Deer Valley allows skiing only), or looking for variety, with the free bus stop right out front it is also super easy to get to Park City Mountain Resort (11-17 minutes). Main Street / Old Town with its restaurants, shops, festivals and more is a short 2-8 minutes free bus ride or 15 minute walk.

Meanwhile convenience continues as right across the street is the Deer Valley Cafe serving fresh roasted coffee and espresso drinks, soups, chili, salads made with local seasonal ingredients, panini sandwiches, freshly baked breads, desserts, cakes and other items, also offering a section of grocery items, house prepared take-away entrées as well as wine, beer and liquor. A short ten minute walk takes you to the St. Regis for cocktails and/or fine dining.

The home features views of aspen trees, the surrounding mountains and the lake. Lake summer activities include stand up paddle boarding (SUP) and fishing. Meanwhile a seven minute walk away you find mountain biking (the best lift served mountain biking in the area, as well as access to Park City's extensive and award winning network of mountain biking trails that can take you well beyond Deer Valley), concerts under the stars, scenic chairlift rides, hikes, summer kids adventure camp and more.

The master bedroom features a king bed, second bedroom king, third bedroom bunk bed with full over queen, and the fourth loft bedroom has a two twins.

Living room features vaulted ceilings with a soaring wood burning fireplace. Adjacent balcony enjoys views of the aspens, mountains and lake.

Private garage (no oversized vehicles) is available as well as surface parking. Max garage dimensions: 7 feet high, 8 feet wide, 17 feet deep

Please note: this home is perched on the hill, while this provides a nice view it does mean forty seven steps from parking, this home is not wheelchair accessible nor recommended for those who do not like stairs

The hosts are comminicative and exceptionally helpful and responsive. Modern kitchen and gas stove for your family meals with plenty of space to dine together. The hot tub was wonderful, TVs in every room, layout that provides privacy in all bedrooms. A truly great experience.

Lovely condo

We had a great time at the condo. It was very clean and wel taken care of and equipped. We could have used a few more hand towels. We are 6 people in our late 70s and did not expect to have to climb 40 steps to get into the condo.

Golf weekend

We were in town for a veteran's golf and the property was available and we were so excited and so thankful that the property was so well kept and just right where we needed it in location and everything outstanding can't wait to come back and visit again

Had a great stay here for a July 4 visit. There are a lot of stairs to the property - but not a problem. Well stocked kitchen and everything was clean. Recommended.

Spectacular place and stay. Property Manager went above and beyond

Place was clean, close to everything and exceeded our expectations in every way. Property manager answered a lot of my stupid questions in a professional manner and also helped me find an item I was missing after I left that he didn't need to. My family was very impressed with the unit and will almost certainly stay there again if we return.

Great property, perfect hosts

The house is exactly as shown online. Very clean and well-maintained. It's on the city bus route, or you can use an app to call a ski shuttle van directly to your door. The hot tub is easy to use and holds its temperature. The management is super responsive and willing to come to the property immediately for any issue, even after hours.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our family of four. We each had our own floor and we used the awesome hot tub every day. The ski shuttle stopped right in front of our garage! We just loaded our skis right on the shuttle and Deer Valley was two minutes away. There are a lot of stairs but it wasn’t too bad. The stairs are well cleaned & salted. Deer Valley was our favorite! Simply gorgeous and great for families and beginners! We would definitely stay here again! Great location to everything. Main Street was beautiful and had a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Wonderful

Texted us to notify early checkin was available. Came by promptly to fix a small issue with hot tub. Location was great. Beds were very comfortable and heat controls for each room worked well. Wood fire place was wonderful. Kitchen well stocked. Bus was easy to get to the mountain to ski — excellent value.

Excellent home

We had an excellent stay at this home. It’s walking distance to Deer Valley resort, band also comes with a courtesy shuttle to run you from the home to the main lifts. We had an easy time using the bus into Park City as well. The home was very clean, well appointed for cooking and extra toiletries and towels. The pictures really don’t do it justice. Only needed a shovel to dig ourselves out of the home after getting a foot of snow overnight. It was dangerous going down the stairs with our belongings.

Deer valley

Great spot. Solid condominium. Everything worked. Walk to lift in street shoes after dropping your skis and boots at base of mountain. Storage is free so it’s very easy after your first day. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Home For 9+ people

We really appreciated the property management team who were very responsive. We had hoped to get in early and they said they'd let us know day of. The housekeeping finished early and we were able to get in an hour early. When a drain was clogged, they came over within hours to fix it. The house was clean and beds very comfortable.

Five star comfort and location! This place has it all.

Awesome place, awesome location

We had us and another family go up for the weekend for a short getaway. The place is awesome, super clean, great location close to ask the fun park city has to offer. We're planning to come back at least every year, hopefully a few times a year if we can!

We liked the property and it fit our needs well, but we had TWO MICE in two of the bedrooms!

I sent an email to the property about our MiCE in the rental, but they did not respond! I would have at least thought they would have apologized. Will not be renting from them again, which is too bad because we liked the house and location.
