Clean condo and just as pictured and described. We had a great girls weekend. For the coffee drinkers, there’s a drip and keureg coffee maker, so you can buy whichever coffee you prefer. It had everything we needed and being able to park on the same floor as the condo made everything so easy.

Minor suggestion is to put hooks on bathroom doors. The entire oasis facility was wonderful.

Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a wonderful place. We just had an issue with the thermostat. We were told by maintenance that it was broken, but it was never repaired. Our kids were freezing at night. We had to turn everything off then it became too warm. Besides that, we had a great time.

This condo is Amazing!! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends. It has everything you need and is so spacious. A short walk out to the beach is great. The kids loved the pool, splash pad, lazy river, and slide. My husband said this was gonna be our go-to place every year!

Thank you for the five star review. We checked into the TV issue you mentioned and discovered that the cable boxes on two TVs had been unplugged. The cable boxes were reconnected and all TVs have now been updated to LG Smart TVs

Great place

The condo itself was really nice. Clean and spacious. The hotel itself was rather dirty. Especially the hot tub. The water was brown and smelled and lukewarm. I understand it was spring break though so they were super busy.

One minor flaw that I am sure can be easily fixed. Keurig coffee maker needed to be scaled, so it did not work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the Rental Unit and access from the Garage. Very spacious. Most Amenities were great. Need to replace curtain rod in 2nd bedroom. Master could use a new mattress on bed. The greatest con was all the commercial umbrellas on the beach. Plan on walking a long way if you want to use your own umbrella.

Beautiful place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable! We had a beautiful view to see all day long! The lazy river was so much fun! The walk to the beach is not too long and on a boardwalk so easy to walk. Umbrellas and chairs are available if wanted. I cooked half the time during our visit and ate out the other half. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pans! An extra ice maker was luxury! I would definitely return to this condo!

We loved it!

This was our first trip to Orange Beach and I have to admit, I was a little skeptical. We usually go to Panama City Beach or Destin, when we aren't going on a cruise, but Orange Beach surpassed my expectations. Over a decade of summer beach trips and condos and I honestly have to say that This condo is my favorite condo to date. Everything from the close to your Condo indoor parking, and the Condo itself. Unless you just have monster truck. The parking garage is lifted truck friendly. I drive a King Ranch F150 with a 6inch lift on 35s and had no issues parking in the garage. If you're reading this review, then you've seen the beautiful pictures of the condo. Imo, the pictures don't do it justice as we all thought it was even nicer in person. Which is rarely the case from my own experiences. If I need a 3 bedroom on my next visit, I will 100% be trying to book this condo again!

Beautiful Condo!

Condo was as nice as the pics reflect! Great floor location (7th) because there are 32 stories and even though there are 6 elevators, wait time was a little crazy sometimes. Parking was nice considering you can park at your level of the condo location, but $60 per car is quite steep. A couple of negatives I have (about the actual unit/bldg) is the exterior hallway noise is amplified in the building due to large open space. We could hear the people above us moving chairs and dragging stuff across the floor, at all hours. Outdoor balconies are really close to each other so there is no real privacy when sitting out there. One other issue, which doesn’t have anything to do with the unit, was Billy, the head “Barney Fife.” My sister and her family live in Foley and came to visit for the afternoon. She also had to pay $60 for parking even though her stay was under 5 hours. I went to the HOA desk, in attempt to get her a refund. The woman at the desk, immediately, called for Billy to come assist me and he was the BIGGEST, CONDESCENDING JERK from the moment he pulled up in his golf cart. Extremely rude! I would WELCOME the chance to speak w anyone from the management company or the group that actually has him on staff. After speaking to the 2 security guards at the 21 and over pool, I am not the only person who has had negative encounters w this blockhead (putting it nicely).
