3503 Windsor Court South is a one bedroom, two bath villa offering fabulous direct ocean and beach views, making this villa a must stay. You can watch the sunrise from your 5th floor balcony!

Tastefully decorated in uplifting colors and beach décor, the kitchen and spacious living/dining area have new hardwood flooring. There is a blue bench at the entrance and to the immediate left is a bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. To the right is the main living area. The fully equipped kitchen provides plenty of counter space and has a stacked washer & dryer in the closet. There are three stools at the breakfast bar and additional seating at the round dining room table for four. The dining room has a mirrored accent wall. In the living room you will find a blue queen sleeper sofa, blue love seat, two ocean themed swivel chairs, and a 32” TV. The sliding door opens to a partially covered balcony with a round table and two chairs. This is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or mid-day meal.

The Master bedroom is located just off the living area featuring a King bed, 32" TV, new carpeting, and private access to the balcony. Guests will enjoy the large master bath with a single vanity, separate jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

The Windsor Complex offers an oceanfront pool with spa, restrooms, showers, and a gas grilling area just off the beach. There is also an elevator and covered parking for your convenience. 3503 Windsor Court South is a beautiful, bright, and luxurious space for you to enjoy the ocean views from almost any room, a sea breeze out on the balcony, and all the amenities that Windsor Court South and Palmetto Dunes have to offer.
