We have rocking chair front porches and the covered grill area that is the perfect spot for a BBQ, where you can watch the sunrise or relax! New pool with deck recently installed in backyard. Enjoy the peekaboo ocean views and colorful beach homes with mature palm trees as you dive into vacation mode!
We are renting a 3 bedroom 2 full-baths home that is 1,400 square feet in size. The living room , kitchen, and dining room are all open concept. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances and laundry room exiting to back deck. Enjoy your morning breakfast on either balconies or on our extra long farmhouse table. The homes amenities are picnic/BBQ area, rocking chair front porches, private outdoor shower, nicely manicured yard and covered parking. Kick back and relax as your favorite show or movie plays on the 50 inch flat-screen cable TV.

All bedrooms have a full bathroom on each floor and a Roku or Amazon Fire Stick TV. You'll sleep better than ever in the comfy beds outfitted with high end luxury linens. Walk out to the back balcony from 1st floor master.

LOCATION
In the North End of Carolina Beach, this ideally located property gives you access to all the island has to offer. Just less than 2 blocks from the beach and a mile away to the boardwalk, where you can enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in town after a day in the sun. You can always rent a golf cart at SunFun Rentals to get around the island.
A relaxing Saturday morning can be spent visiting the Carolina Beach Farmers Market followed up with a movie in the park on Sunday or shopping at local boutiques. Have excellent seafood restaurants steps from the home for your delightful vacation days.
Don't miss cruises in the marina, Carolina Beach deep sea fishing, and the carnival at night, true once-in-a-lifetime experiences. The Carolina Beach Yacht Club & Marina is down the street as well as Freeman Park where you can drive your 4X4 vehicle on the beach and go night fishing/camping. Sea turtles and dolphins are frequently present in Carolina Beach. Or you can go horseback riding on the beach in the off-season.

** As of April 2025, we installed a Pool Heater and it will operate late March through end of October. Pool Heat is set between 78-82 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp. Therefore, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Pool heating fee in off-season per request**

Note - 6 Adults MAX (18 and over is an adult) & only 1 well behaved dog allowed (under 25 lbs) over night. Please clean up after your dog to avoid an extra cleaning charge.

Policies:
- NO smoking
- ONE well behaved Dog allowed under 25 lbs and a $150 non-refundable pre-paid pet fee. Must be house trained and on flea prevention. Not allowed on furniture or upstairs.
- No parties. No events/large groups. Quiet time starts at 9pm.
- Minimum renting age 25, and person renting must be present and on-site through the stay (no renting for someone else).

Supervision of guests:
It is the tenant’s responsibility to supervise all guests and ensure house rules are followed and safety is the priority.
- During High-tide or hurricane season, some of the streets near property may flood for a few hours but our property has yet to be impacted directly - good to know the weather in advance. Follow the detour signs when this occurs.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a max of 8 people (max 6 adults).

Carolina Beach was expanded drastically over the winter with the bi-annual restoration project.

Freeman Park (4x4 only) - this restoration is currently going on and targeted to be completed in early April.
