A typical family home of the south-west of France from the 80s has been completely renovated and modernized while keeping the character of the building, classified 3 stars by Gironde Tourisme. Its green charm and quality of life in the countryside, with its green spaces, its forest, and its diverse fauna (various animal songs, sounds of the countryside) close to all amenities (supermarket, bakery, butcher, cheese shop, cellar, entertainment, bus line, taxi...).
Particular attention has been paid to the development of rest areas for the whole family, you can relax and enjoy the garden or rest inside the house.

Location:
Between the Arcachon basin and the city of Bordeaux, close to Bx-Mérignac airport (15km), Pessac train station (15km), the city of Andernos les Bains (24 km), the nearest ocean beach of Le Grand Crohot (34 km), the Golf de Pessac (13km) and the vineyards of the Médoc (about 35km).

Interior accommodation:
Composed of a first floor and an upper floor
On the first floor, after the entrance and the separate toilet, you are brought either to the kitchen or to the corridor leading to the living room, the kitchen is independent and new, fully equipped (microwave oven, convection oven, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, toaster, blender and slicer processor) with several storage cupboards.
Next, the large spacious and atypical living room composed of 2 spaces, in the first a table/chairs for 6 people, a large sofa, several armchairs and poufs, with a 55-inch smart Tv, a sound bar / bluetooth speaker, you will receive French and international channels as well as VOD/Youtube... via a Free fiber box, in the second, a games table and a library.
Free wifi is present in all rooms as well as outside.
A veranda can welcome you for quieter, sunny moments or cooler evenings, it is equipped with 2 sofas and mini tables and a neo retro bluetooth speaker.

Upstairs, you will find the sleeping area, with its 3 bedrooms and its office, two original bedrooms composed of a 160 cm bed with memory foam, and the room reserved for children contains 3 beds in 90 cm including a bunk bed. All bedrooms are equipped with cupboards and wardrobes. You will also find a room equipped with a desk to work in peace and quiet in case of teleworking.
The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a 140cm walk-in shower and a toilet.

For more comfort, the following equipment is provided:
- sheets, duvets and towels
- baby equipment available (travel cot with a real mattress, high chair and changing mat)
- ironing board and steam generator
- compost and selective sorting

For the outdoors:
In a quiet and wooded garden of about 2,000 m2 located all around the house, several relaxation areas (covered and open terraces with a view of the garden, Zodiac swimming pool and its furnished wooden terrace, a Jacuzzi brand SPA and its terrace are there to relax).
The outdoor dining area welcomes you with 2 tables and a barbecue exclusively with charcoal.
Outdoor play equipment (molky, plastic petanque balls, mini football and badminton) is available, a communal collective play area is located in the green area of the development.
The villa is fully fenced with an electric sliding gate and has a private parking lot, electric charging is not possible.

- The swimming pool has a 1m20 deep, all swimming of children of all ages is placed under the supervision and responsibility of a parent.
- The end-of-stay cleaning includes at your expense the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave all household appliances and sanitary appliances in an equivalent state of cleanliness on arrival and clean all appliances and sanitary facilities.
A flat fee may be charged.
