Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book at this resort & this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. This is strictly enforced. A signed rental agreement & a copy of your driver's license will be requested and sent after booking. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check in guest will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.
This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Please do not inquire asking if exceptions are made to this policy. There are absolutely no exceptions.
RING CAMERA NOTICE: For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door which records audio and video of the entrance. Do NOT tamper with or cover the camera. If you cover or tamper with the camera - you could be evicted & no refunds will be given.
This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if any evidence of a pet is found OR if we find an unauthorized pet in the property, we will evict you immediately without refund and/or charge a fine of $500.00.
Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This condo sleeps 8 people max. No exceptions. This goes for visitors as well.
Two vehicles max. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed for this condo no exceptions. Guests are responsible for purchasing parking & wristbands at the resort. The resort office will charge you $40.00 for the two-bedroom condos. The packet will come with two parking passes & wristbands.
Please note we only provide a starter pack of amenities, just to get you through the first night. One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 pack of cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar of soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & one conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.
Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.
Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.
This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund.

The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.
There is a damage waiver of $69.00 included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. The rate of $69.00 in the booking breakdown is for stays less than 27 days. If a guest books a 28-90 day stay the rate does increase for those reservations. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price. Rates 28-59 nights will be a total of $280.00 for the coverage. Rates 60-90 nights will be a total of $450.00 for the coverage.
