We had a wonderful weekend at this lake house! The home was clean, comfortable, and even better than the photos. The lake views were beautiful, and we loved relaxing by the water and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and check-in was effortless. The host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel welcome. It was the perfect place to unwind and spend quality time together—we’d happily stay again!

Absolutely Amazing Stay! Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The property was beautiful, incredibly clean, and exactly what we were hoping for. Communication with the host was excellent, they were responsive, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our family had an amazing experience. We loved our time here so much that we are already planning to make this property part of our annual summer tradition for years to come. And the lake is truly something special. You will be hard-pressed to find a nicer, cleaner, or safer lake anywhere in the surrounding area. It was the perfect place for our family to relax, spend time together, and enjoy the water. We cannot recommend this property or the host enough. Five stars all around, we can’t wait to come back next summer!

This is a great little getaway or long stay place to go! All the amenities you'll need are there to use. Don't let the first glance when driving up fool you, this lake house is practically brand new inside. Appliances, flooring, beds, pillows and blankets. It has enough towels for weeks, even though there is a washer and dryer on location. The deck and dock are like new and wonderful to sit out on or walk out to the end just to chill or fish. Sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. The house has a boat ramp. The lake is low due to the dry weather in the area, but don't let that deter you from bringing your boat or jet skis. The owner has a great method and will use his lifted truck to hook up your trailer and put your boat in the water at check-in and come back around 9:30 on check-out to put the boat (or jet skis) back onto the trailer. Contact them first. I had a 23ft Key West Bay Reef. Walmart and Winn Dixie are 10 minutes away. Loved this place and plan to return if and when it's available.

This was a wonderful Lake House. It was very comfortable and spacious. Every necessity was taken care of. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of linens and towels for us to use. The dock was beautiful and clean. There was a fish cleaning sink out on the dock. I caught enough bream for a fish fry and found the sink very useful. We also made good use of the gas grill and the kayaks. The lake was spectacular as usual. Absolutely gorgeous sunrise and sunset. We will definitely be returning.

Nice little house on Kingsley lake

Dock is great! New with composite decking so no splinters in little feet! House is small but works, we had family in and out all week and there was room enough for everyone to sleep and relax.

Family Lake Week

We had the best time at our stay here. The house is small, but they have utilized the space so well! There’s room for everyone. We had our four kids (ages 8, 3, 2, and 7 months) and they had a BLAST. Home is kid friendly and well stocked. The owners were so kind and helpful! Had a small mishap with the washer, and they were eager to help and get it fixed. Everyone was sad to leave and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Nice stay with kids

Great place. House is on the waters edge. Step out the door on the dock. Kids get more water time while you relax. Dock has 2 sets of stairs and 2 latters for easy access. Beautiful sunrises to start your day.

Great house on a great lake

The description and photos are exactly as the property looks. This is a great little Lake-house. It’s quite literally on the lake: the entire back half of the house sits over the water. The dock is beautiful and very well equipped. Best of all: this house has its own little mini boat ramp: which was just wide enough to launch 2 personal watercraft. This is significant because Kingsley lake does not have a public boat ramp. The house itself was clean, cozy, and more spacious than I had imagined. I’ve been to a bunch of area lakes in the last 30 years, but Kingsley lake is definitely my new favorite. The water is super clear & clean; sandy beaches all around; and no signs of alligators whatsoever. I believe it’s the second highest elevation lake in Florida which means there are no rivers or creeks (or pollution) draining into it. It also means there’s a far less likelihood of an alligator entering from a river or creek. Saw lots of bass-boats, water-skiers, wake borders, and a bunch of families with little kids, swimming and enjoying the water. I will definitely come back.
