* Plastic tableware and glasses are available for outdoor use.
* Coin-op Laundry facilities on property - 2 doors down. No Coin changer available - bring Quarters.
* Monthly or Bi-weekly Rate Specials are available.
* We encourage Stays of 7- 13 nights, offered at reduced rates.
* Life Happens! You need to change your plans? We understand. If you have already booked your stay with us, let us re-book your stay, right away, without any cancellation fees. We are offering 29 days to the day before check-in you may be charged the VRBO service fee, but we will move your dates at no further additional charge.
* Hurricane Policy? There is no hurricane policy, however, we can re-book your stay up to a year into the future. Your safety is important to us, too.
* HOA requests no towels draped over porch railings or deck furniture.
* HOA requires that children are supervised at the Pool.
* Safety note: The fenced Common area, next to Pool, is not entirely enclosed. Supervise children as necessary.
* HOA requires Quiet times: 9pm - 9am. Please be respectful.
* Water hoses provided at each end of the building to rinse Sand off of feet, toys, beach equipment, etc. Sand plugs up the plumbing. Do not use the bathtub and shower for excessive sand removal.
* 1 Covered Parking Space, assigned, is provided. 1 uncovered space is also available.
* No smoking, of any kind, is permitted.
* No Pets; No visiting Pets.
