Tiki Bar (w/tv and full fridge) and Tiki Hut (w/65' inch TV w/streaming capabilities and seating for 7) located in the shared backyard for your enjoyment as well!

Location was walking distance to the beach and property had a lovely backyard to hangout and grill. Beds were actually very comfortable and there were ample linens and towels available. Check in/out process was easy and communication with host was professional. Parking was tight and limited but there is public (paid) parking available on the Main Street.

Great spot for a beach vacation! It was just a short walk to the beach access. The unit was very clean and the host had excellent communication. We appreciated and used the beach supplies provided.

Great place on a quiet street and 2-3 blocks from the main road where all the action is. There is a delicious cuban food truck at the top of the street where I visited twice. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the host was gracious and emailed whenever I had questions. The beach is very close walk and the center of town in about a 10 minute walk but along thay walk there are plenty of food truck and other amenities. We had a great time. Thanks for the memories.

hosts were great! a couple suggestions for the unit would be a dishwasher, better water pressure in the shower, hotter water in the shower. other than that, great unit.

Wonderful Place

Very clean, comfortable, great location, beautifully furnished! It had everything we needed. Having access to beach chairs/umbrella/wagon was wonderful! I highly recommend this place!

This is a great little house. Off the beaten path so it’s nice and quiet, but also close to the beach. Walking to the tourist area and restaurants is a bit of a hike in the hot summer sun, but is doable. The house was well stocked with plenty of towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils, etc. We were able to cook in a lot and save money. The outdoor propane grill was an added bonus. Communication was great, and we encountered no major issues. This is a shared location, but we couldn’t hear the folks on the other side of the house at all. The things I was not fond of: under the beds and other furniture looked hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while - dust bunnies, clothing, etc. And the primary bed was so uncomfortable to us. We ended up going to Walmart and buying a mattress topper to help. It did improve the situation and we left it there (not sure if it was thrown away by cleaners or not), but if you need one, Walmart has a decent one for about 35. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would keep this location in consideration for future visits. We felt safe and secure and felt secure about leaving some belongings outside when needed. Owners were very responsive and accommodating.

It was a nice location and we had everything we needed. The one thing that bothered me about the stay was that the place wasn’t clean…. Hair in the bathroom, half an inch of dust and debris underneath every surface (beds, coffee table, dressers, etc) , shady stains on the furniture, etc. interactions with the host were pleasant, besides the general cleanliness of the place, it was a nice stay.

Great place in Fort Meyer’s Beach

Excellent place for a couple, small family, or 2 couples. Nicely appointed for a relaxing few days. Everything you need for a great trip is supplied and available, only need to bring personal clothes, toiletries, and food. Good location to enjoy all the area has to offer. Will look for future stays here.

Beachtime & nightlife

Great location to walk to beach and shops, kitchen well stocked, kurig coffee with cups and outdoor grill. Backyard for relaxing and lots of beach provisions (cooler, wagon, chairs, towels, etc). Quiet street with private parking. Nice to have laundry available with all the salt water. Hosts were quick to respond, enjoyed our trip.

We stayed for 6 days in March and had a nice time. Listing showed the location much closer to downtown and on beach side of Estero, which isn’t correct. It is about a mile from downtown, on the opposite side of the street and about a 7 minute walk from the beach. The walk isn’t bad and beach carts are provided, but it wasn’t what we expected. Property felt pretty clean, but dust on top of lamps, etc. Kitchen is well equipped but no dishwasher. Others mentioned the lack of water pressure in the shower and agreed, it was terrible. Lots of beach items like chairs, etc. and a nice backyard area. Hosts were friendly and quick to respond. Free trolley stop at end of the street was a nice perk as we hadn’t rented a car. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Great stay

The property is very close to the beach and has a nice lay out. We did not use the outdoor area because we could not find the entrance on our side of the duplex and parking was not the best. The unit was clean and comfortable.

We are so sorry you could not find the entrance to the backyard as it is clearly visible as there is a main/well lit walkway leading straight to the gazebo/tiki bar area. There are also pictures in the listing showing this walkway/access before you booked. This is definetly a first with our 230 official stays at the property. We communicated throughout your stay. Wish you would of brought this to our attention during your stay as we are available 24/7 to our guests with any questions/concerns they may have before/during their stay.
