*DISCLAIMER* This is not the ritz Carlton. We are not a five star hotel. We are simply a nice small home on the country side of Puerto Rico. Please note the lower half of the house will be rented for groups larger than 10. We are trying to keep the fees on your end cheaper, our cleaning company charges us $250 for the whole house cleaning and only $160 for the half the home. Please keep in mind SAN JUAN is a TWO hour drive when booking!

We recommend all guest to fly in from BQN airport


We provide the BASIC essentials:

Plates, silverware, cups, bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, bedding


This house has 2.5 bathrooms.


CANCELATION POLICY
Full refund 14 days prior to check in.
50% refund 7 days prior to check in.


Trash pick up is every MONDAY MORNING. Around 6 AM,

We ask that you please place your trash in the designated bins outside the front gate.

There is no smoking indoors. No cigarette buds are to be thrown on the property. Please treat this as your home.

NO drinking in the pool!

We ask all attending guest to be accounted for on the reservation.

Please watch children on staircase and balcony at ALL times.

Please note you are on an ISLAND. Sometimes the weather is unpredictable and out of our control.

We currently do NOT have a generator or a water reserve. If you happen to loose lights or water during your stay please do not be alarmed as this is 100% normal, in the event of an outage we will try and provide every solution and or either help you find nearby accommodations. Unfortunately things like this are out of our control and we do our best to handle them.

Local tips :

Down the road is a great popular bar Alcatra. They have live music, a beach and great shrimp empanadas!

Go to beaches other than the strip in Mayaguez is Jobos (Sunday's), and Crash-boat.

There is a 24/7 gas station called Total about 8 Minutes away from the house.

Walmart is about 25 minutes attached to the Mayaguez mall.

There is a Selectos food market 10 Minutes from the house.

There is also a bakery with essentials such ass OFF spray and anything you might need just 5 minutes down the road called Erik's bakery.
