Comfortable house, for 5 people located 200 m from the beach. The house opens onto a terrace (garden furniture, lunch table, barbecue, parasol, deckchairs) and an enclosed garden (screen and gate).
On the first floor, there is a living room of about 50 m2 and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, 3-burner induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer).

Upstairs, three bedrooms.
• a bedroom with a double bed of 1m60 and a dressing room.
• a bedroom, two single beds of 90.
• a bedroom, a single bed of 90.
• A bathroom (shower, washing machine).
• Two toilets (first floor and upstairs).

The villa is located in the old Pouldu in the quiet and residential area of Kersellec, close to amenities and the small picturesque port of Doëlan where boats loaded with fish and shellfish for sale arrive every day. Le Pouldu is a small seaside resort which is within reasonable distance of the small towns of character of Pont-Aven (the city of painters and its many galleries), Concarneau and its walled town), Quimper (Cornouaille festival), Quimperlé (Toulfoën national forest), Larmor-Plage, Port-Louis (the citadel). You can also take the GR34 which runs along the coast. The site of Carnac, Quiberon and its wild coast as well as the small town of Vannes will not fail to seduce you. From Lorient (Eric Tabarly's city of sailing, the inter-Celtic festival, its submarine base), you can embark on a discovery of the island of Groix. The Quinquis animal park is located not far from the rental as well as the site of the abbey of St Maurice.
