This private oceanfront condo is on the third floor of the building ...about 20 steps along the pathway leads to the gem of south Maui, Keawakapu Beach!

Keawakapu Beach, located on the south shore of Maui, Hawaii, is known for its stunning natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere. This picturesque beach is a favorite spot for locals and return visitors and features soft golden sand, clear waters, and lush greenery surrounding the area. It's a great spot for families to swim, snorkel, and sunbathe, and watch the sun set at the end of the day.

The best views available at Hale Hui Kai and a spacious lanai offer unforgettable views! Open concept floor plan has a living room with a murphy bed for relaxing during the day listening to the waves roll in. The kitchen is well equipped so you can cook a meal and still watch the ocean waves.

The bedroom has a king bed and the master bathroom en suite has tub/shower combo. The hall/ guest bathroom has walk in shower. Repeat guests love this relaxing combo!

At this beachfront property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

Hale Hui Kai is a beloved location among first time visitors and repeat guests. There is a small shared oceanfront pool next to the common area covered lanai, which is equipped with comfortable lounge space for guests to enjoy when you need a break from the Maui sun. On each floor of the property, is a pay-to-use laundry room each with two washers and two dryers.
Bello Realty, Inc. has been managing vacation rentals on Maui since the 1980's and is the premier on site management office at Hale Hui Kai. Our staff is available to assist you during your visit with any questions you may have as well as local recommendations and booking a return visit!

Awesome Maui Home!

This property was amazing! The location was perfect and the large wrap around balcony with beach front view was awesome ! Gorgeous Sunsets every night! Just a hop down the elevator for a walk on the beach . So many wonderful shops & restaurants & bars right down the street . But if you like to cook I have never seen a more stocked kitchen ! And having 2 bathrooms is always a perk ! Our only surprise was that there was no air conditioning. But we are from Texas & are used to the heat so everything else made up for that . Besides after the sun sets and you open wide all of the beautiful glass sliding doors the breeze was so cool & pleasant and sleeping was peaceful ! Especially with the sound of the waves crashing on the shore ! We will definitely return for another visit !! Love, From Texas missing Maui !

Heaven on earth

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on the 20 of December to glorious sunshine and a freshly cleaned unit. The view of course is beautiful probably the best in the complex. I’m thinking that’s why it’s so expensive. The unit is tired and does need updating. The curtains were a challenge. We decided to just leave them open and not fight with them. Cupboards too full of extra kitchen things. Too many mugs, fancy dishes, pots and pans could be replaced with newer set. A good sorting of all the cupboards would make room for bought groceries. Linens were good, pillows weary more selection would be nice! . Very prompt response from office staff. Definitely recommend to friends.

The interior is tired and in need of a remodel. The toaster did not work, a plate was cracked and broke during our stay. There is no a/c. But we keep coming back year after year because the views are fantastic and the beach is wonderful. The rental agency was very good and responsive to our requests and questions. We have recommended this place to our friends and relatives.
