Thank you for your review and for the 10/10 rating! We're so happy to hear that you otherwise had an excellent stay. We'd love to learn more about what made obtaining the parking pass a hassle. Most guests tell us they find the process quick and easy, as we provide step-by-step instructions in our check-in email, the welcome binder, and on the information sheet posted on the refrigerator. If there were any questions or issues during the process, we wish you had reached out. We're always just a call or text away and are happy to help our guests with anything that comes up during their stay. Thank you again for choosing our condo, and we hope to welcome you back to Panama City Beach in the future! Amber
