‘Bit-O-Glam’ offers a comfortable stay with an upscale vibe that we hope will make your visit feel very special! This newly renovated home is family friendly and located at the end of a quiet culdesac. Fenced in backyard with a nice chat table on the patio. Plenty of light, ceiling fans in bedrooms, single car garage. Complimentary snack basket, waters, soft kleenex. Qtips, magnifying mirror, blow dryer; lots of extra amenities just for you! Located in the heart of Madison and close to Huntsville’s Redstone Arsenal, The Space and Rocket Center, Von Braun Civic Center, and the airport. Convenient to grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and shopping.
The space
Newly renovated ranch style home has wood laminate/tile floors throughout. Comfortable beds with soft sheets and towels. Smart TV’s in each bedroom and family room. (2-55 inch TV’s and 2-43 inch TV’s.) Updated decor. Keypad -no contact- entry. Single car garage with seperate key pad and remote. Very clean home from top to bottom!

Stayed 4 nights, would highly recommend, just book it! Pictures are accurate, looks like it had been completely remodeled recently. Host was very nice and responded almost immediately. Neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. Will stay here again for sure.

Mary was such a good host and very responsive! The house was clean, modern, beautiful, and overall just a very comfortable place to stay for my husband, myself, and our toddler. The back yard is fenced in so it’s great to let little ones play, and Mary even brought bags of toys for our son to play with inside and outside! 10/10!

Wonderful Place to Stay!!!

My family had a wonderful stay. Mary's instructions are easy to follow. She thought of everything we might need. We loved the details she put into every room and we would love to stay here again. Also, the location was perfect for us. Kroger and Publix were just around the corner. During the time we came it was quiet, however there was a fireworks show at the nearby school that night for July 4th. But other than that the area is very quiet. We have all good things to say.

Wonderful Stay and Very Clean

We stayed for a week and had a great time. The owner was very accomodating and even brought us some extras to make our stay for our kiddo better. The house is well furnished and has all the amenities you could need. It was also very clean too. Pretty decent location as well. We would definitely stay again.

Right at Home

This property was just right for us! We had everything we needed for our week stay. We hosted a small graduation lunch, and we coordinated and executed 2 college moves while working remotely from this home. We felt right at home from the minute we arrived. Mary was a wonderful host!

Delightful!

This property was exactly as pictured, and full of thoughtful touches. Our communications with the host were friendly and appropriately responsive. The home is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood, conveniently located to our planned activities in Lowe Mill. I would highly recommend this home, and would return for another visit at any opportunity. I would like to add that after a few recent VRBO stays at other properties where expectations didn't match, I am very thankful for hosts like this who do not BOTH charge a cleaning fee AND expect guests to clean the property before departure. This is exactly the type of 5 star property VRBO should support. Know that you can come here and truly enjoy your vacation!

An Absolute Gem

This beautiful house, located on a quiet street deserves at least 7 stars. It has set a new standard of excellence in the B&B world. Few places live up to their pictures and info. A Bit of Glam exceeds them. It is well stocked with everything. Just add food, your luggage and yourself and you’re set. The Host communicates well and is excellent to work with, even if plans change a bit as ours did. It’s obvious that her #1 priority is your comfort. Very easy checking in and out. Don’t miss out on this one. I’m already trying to find an excuse to go stay again.

We enjoyed the house, it had everything we needed and we were only 1.2 miles from my son's home, he already had a house full of guests. The house was clean and cute with all the glam items! We would definitely stay again if we came this way from Florida :)

Labor Day weekend / SSBL baseball tournament

We found the home in a perfect location in Madison. It was very well furnished and decorated. Very comfortable. Great communication with owner Mary. Highly recommend for folks visiting the Huntsville area.

Reunion weekend

Mary’s place exceeded our expectations. The exterior of the house looks even better in person-lovely flowers leading to the front door. The interior was exactly as pictured-very nice decor with thoughtful touches throughout. Extremely well supplied kitchen. Five of us stayed very comfortably and the location was close to everything we needed. Mary was extremely responsive—couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

A beautiful home in a quiet and safe neighborhood with the best host! We had a wonderful time. So close to groceries we could walk there. Very close to downtown and to the space center. We wish we could rate it 6 stars!

Excellent Host Excellent House

A very beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. The host Mary was very nice and communicated very well with us. If we are ever in Madison again we will definitely look to stay here! I would highly recommend this listing!

Wonderful place to stay for a family! Everything was perfect. No complaints

This house looked better in person! It was clean and beautifully decorated. It felt like a home away from home. It was around the corner from Kroger and in a nice neighborhood. The host was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed and wasn’t hard to reach. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to book again next year!

Checking out Madison

This house has been one of our very favorite places to stay. We’ve stayed at lots of VRBO’s. Super cute, super clean! Kuddos to cleaning! Which is almost unheard of anywhere you stay. Luxurious decor, bedding, towels, etc. Bedding & furniture very comfortable. Everything brand new. Nothing worn out or dated. The pictures are exact to the accommodations you get. The location makes it easy to get around Madison & Huntsville. Kroger is right around the corner. We even had a garage to park our car in. I would highly recommend this place & it’s far superior to staying in a hotel!

Updated decor throughout the house including two modern barn doors. Covered front porch with only 1 step to get into the front door. 'No contact' keypad entry. Single car enclosed garage with keypad and garage door opener. Large fenced, flat backyard. Grocery store, shopping center and restaurant right around the corner.
