Spacious Luxury Mountain loft, very close to both downtown Nevada City and Grass Valley. Also, approximately 7 miles to Rollins Lake, where you can go boating or paddle board. Cozy mountain feel, open floor plan with massive ceilings. Peaceful and private. Enjoy this beautiful space on 3 acres. Relax on the extra deep down filled sectional and watch your favorite shows on the large flat screen with Roku or enjoy the warmth from the wood burning stove. This Loft offers dedicated dining, living room, kitchen, office and bedroom areas. Light cooking options available, NOT a full Kitchen.
This is a DRUG FREE HOME & NO SMOKING of ANY KIND property, not inside or outside.

The loft is not your typical rental, it is thoughtfully designed and decorated for our family and personal guests in mind. If you are looking for a peaceful and private stay. This is it!

Spacious

Definitely cozy and spacious! We only stayed one night and there was a little more traffic on the property than I would have expected. The loft is above their detached garage and you can hear when people are in the garage opening and closing the garage door. The airport runway is nextdoor to the property. But yes the property is nice and definitely worth staying!

Cute, small loft close to everything

This place was adorable! We came here for a stress free night before going to our first Victorian Christmas in Nevada City. It was so close and easy! Check in and out was simple and straightforward. None of the over the top cleaning steps or rules. It was simply a peaceful rainy dsy loft that gave us a little time to unwind befoee the chaos. Would love to book again!

Peaceful and Amazing!

The place was so peaceful and cozy! It was absolutely perfect for a get away and had all the amenities we needed. Tonya was an amazing host and even suggested some local festivals happening in the nearby downtowns. We enjoyed the little touches she gave her place to make it feel like home. Would highly recommend and would definitely book it again!

Girls weekend

Beautiful property! Loved all colors of the fall trees! The loft was clean and bright had everything we needed. We especially loved having a keirig and coffee supplied for us and the having robes and slippers avaiable was nice. nice touch.

Everything we wanted

The living space is beautiful, the bed comfy, the location perfect for exploring the Gold Country, very private, quiet woodsy surroundings, communication with the host was quick and easy, and we kept commenting "they've thought of everything!" in terms of amenities. Highly recommend!

Mountain Loft exceeded all our expectations and much more. We are value conscious, and the value in this rental is off the charts, the best we have ever experienced. On the 1 to 5 scale, a 7. Upscale, immaculate, amazingly spacious, surprisingly affordable, expertly managed; we will definitely be back.

Beautiful Location

We had a nice stay but it was too quick. Just a weekend to visit relatives in town. It would have been nice to sit on the patio and relax...it's beautiful setting, very peaceful! Totally recommend it!

Pleasant stay!

The loft is gorgeous, with really nice surroundings. It was nice and quiet, but close enough to the towns nearby for when you want to do things. Check-in was very smooth. The host was very communicative. Really hope to come back again soon!

Beautiful property

We needed a quiet get away, and this was just the ticket. Everything was well thought out and so attentive to detail. It has a beautiful bathroom. The Loft is a very spacious and functional space, with comfortable furnishings including the patio furniture on both decks. We will definitely come and stay again! Great instructions/communications for everything we needed.

I booked this for a weekend retreat and it was just as listed. Very comfortable space and so great that it has so much more than a hotel room. Tonya was so kind and helpful. I will book again for my next time!

Mountain loft is a fantastic place to stay it is very clean and has a great location near lots of hiking and outdoors activities. The host does a great job at setting everything up for you to have the perfect stay.

Amazing!

This place is better than the listing! Just like the listing says, this is where you go for peace, quiet and relaxation. This is not a party house. Immaculate condition and total comfort with all the amenities you should need. I make several trips to Grass Valley every year and this is now my favorite place to stay. Joyce is awesome to deal with!!

Quiet & spacious loft

Quick overnight getaway. Great communication. No complaints. We didn’t find a charging area for our devices so bring your own and shoes aren’t allowed inside so bring slippers or flip-flops as the floors are beautiful slate tiles throughout.

Luxury Mountain Loft

Exactly as advertised. Conveniently located between Grass Valley and Nevada City. On site host was available to correct any minor hiccups. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is definitely well taken care of. Everything feels clean and comfortable. They even have the nice clean robes for us to use. The instructions are also simple and clear. We had no trouble to figure things out. Location is also great, it is very easy get to Nevada City. Too bad, our schedule is so packed that we couldn’t explore the nearby area. I do think some of the windows might need thicker curtains for privacy, however, it didn’t bother us much. Overall, we really enjoyed the weekend that we spend at the property.
