This pretty house ideally located 200m from the beach of the Hermitage, the forest of La Pierre Attelée and 2km from the beach of Les Rochelets, has:

Come and enjoy this recently renovated house which is composed as follows:
. On the first floor:
- An entrance opening onto a large living room with TV/internet box
- A fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room
- A laundry area with washing machine
- A bedroom with double bed (160/200) and private shower room
- Separate toilets

. Upstairs:
- A beautiful relaxation area/office on the mezzanine
- Three bedrooms with double bed (2 with 160/200 beds and 1 with 140/90 bed)
- A shower room

The house gives access to the garden and an outdoor terrace with garden furniture and an electric plancha.

The accommodations are adjoining a small house, the gardens are separate, but the entrance to the land is shared.

The centre of Saint-Brévin-L'Océan and its shops are less than 3 km away (bars, restaurants, bakeries, mini-market, casino, markets, night markets in summer). In the summer season, you can enjoy the market at the foot of the accommodation on Wednesday mornings.

Linen is not included in the price of the stay. For economic reasons we would like to give everyone the choice of taking their own sheets and towels.
