Check in and relax in an oceanfront retreat where you’ll spend sun-drenched days lounging by the pool or on the beach, enjoying a casual vibe that puts you instantly at ease.
Set just up the beach from Puerto Morelos, the ground floor Garden Suite is a one-bedroom with an open floorplan and full kitchen, dining and living areas surrounded by an amazing Caribbean view. Indoor/outdoor living is divine with sliding doors opening to a large, shaded patio and oceanfront pool, perfect for enjoying your coffee while the sun rises.
This quaint suite has a king size bed, private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.
There’s a cozy living and dining area, but we bet you’ll spend most of your time relaxing on our private beach or by our oceanfront pool.

To put your mind at ease, we require 24 hours between check-ins to implement cleaning procedures for a thorough sanitization of the entire space. Our priority is to ensure you have a safe and comfortable stay with us.

Susy was excellent. Any concerns we had she took care of right away. Whatever was lacking in amenities was quickly provided for and everything we had worked well.

The lovely caretaker met us after our long trip and even drove us into town so we could have dinner and showed us how to get a cab back. The place is charming, immaculate with the most amazing, quiet beachfront and our own pool. When we had questions, they responded immediately. We enjoyed the people in the other two units. Loved every minute there. They take great pride in the property and in choosing respectful guests.

This property is beautiful. The sunrise belongs on a postcard. Everything was very clean and the host was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend renting this property!

Exceeded all expectations by a LONG SHOT!! The most comfortable bed and relaxing stay anywhere for us for at least 15 years! Casita KinHa will always hold a special place in our hearts! Julee our host and Susy the house manager under promised and over delivered for sure. No need for the air conditioning at all as mother nature provided what we needed. The pool is a nice space to chill after a hot day on the quiet private beach. We can't wait to book Casita Kin Ha again.

One of the VERY BEST!

We have stayed in A LOT of VRBOs and I would rate this one at the VERY TOP. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and I mean very clean. Even the corners appeared to have been scrubbed. Communication was perfect with both JuLee and Susy. Checkin was easy and Susy was so helpful to us anytime we had a question of any kind during our stay. The location was the perfect place for us. The beautiful beach is right outside the sliding doors. The pool loungers were wonderful and I spent a lot of time by the pool on them reading my book. We loved walking to town or riding the bikes to town everyday. We rode home at night and felt perfectly safe. This place is a little piece of heaven. We hope to return again and again. When we checked out Susy asked us if there was anything we could think of that they could change or improve upon and we could not think of one single thing. Thank you for letting us come and stay!

What a Fabulous Place!

From before we arrived all the way through - Julee is an amazing host, and so responsive.. The property manager is also amazing and so helpful and responsive... The place is right on the beach! perfect for what we wanted, and a nice walk along the beach to the main village. Having the bikes was excellent.. (although only 2 had seats that could be adjusted - so maybe worth providing a tool to alter the seats on the other 4 bikes...) I would totally recommend and we will be back for sure!... Thank You :-)

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The beach side pool was absolutely perfect for hopping in between the pool and ocean.

First-Time Stay in PM - Great Week!

My husband and I had previously stayed in Cancun and this year tried something different by spending a week in Puerto Morales. Had a great time. Property was clean and quiet. We enjoyed using the bikes to ride to shop...and our walks on the beach to town were wonderful. Will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway by the water

A lovely spot where we could enjoy sitting with our book, the constant ocean breeze, and the sound of the water. Yet a short ride to town for shopping and a meal. Julee and Susy have organized everything so nicely and are responsive to your needs. Perfect!

Beautiful quiet condo on the beach

The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. It's right on the beach which is never crowded and a short bike ride from town.

Perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at KinHa. We were in the ground floor suite and loved the large, patio seating area with a lovely view of the pool and ocean. The suite was clean, comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The location was an easy beach walk or bike ride to the main beach area but far enough away to enjoy peace and privacy. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful getaway!

We stayed here for 4 nights. We had a wonderful time in Puerto Morelos! The unit is very true to the listing on the inside. The outdoor furniture is different than the photos and lounge chairs are shared by the other units. We were able to use a lounger when wanted so this wasn't a problem. Susy was responsive for the one issue we had. For some reason the hot water was on the lowest setting so we had no hot water for the first and second nights. We thought it was just a fluke, so we didn't reach out right away. That's on us. We contacted Susy and Julee and the situation was corrected. Might be something to regularly check prior to guest check in. Wifi is great, cell service is almost nonexistent in the unit. We didn't watch TV since we don't use any streaming services and there is no regular TV. We did watch our football teams at a couple of bars in town. Since we don't generally watch television this was not a big deal. The condo is north of town and we appreciated the walk to work off those margaritas. The road is safe during the day, but very dark at night. We did walk at night but I probably wouldn't do so again. There are bikes available for use, but we didn't feel comfortable riding in the dark. Taxis are 150-200 pesos each way. There are plenty of dishes for us to prepare breakfast. We appreciated the unlimited amount of bottled water. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and a couple of beach towels. Nice touch! We didn't use the pool, was a little cold for our liking. We did walk on the beach but did not go into the ocean. Nice walk to town on the beach during the day. Didn't attempt it at night. Overall we loved Casita KinHa and would recommend it to others. Thanks for making our 36th anniversary memorable!

A great apartment in a perfect location

We have stayed here many times and continue to enjoy it very much. The suite is well designed for a couple. The kitchen is complete and the location is just far enough away from the increasingly busy town to feel quiet.

Wonderful stay

We had such a nice relaxing time at Casita Kin Ha! Enjoyed the beach, pool and our bike rides into town. Property manager was quick to respond with any questions, etc. Having bikes on property was a huge plus for us. Will definitely return.
