The second-level living space has stunning sound views from the well-appointed living room featuring a flatscreen TV and access to a spacious deck where you'll find a gas firepit. Take advantage of the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances and counter space to prepare a delicious meal. The kitchen includes a center prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar for quick lunches and snacks, and downstairs the dining room boasts an elegant table with seating for eight next to a handsome gas fireplace.

Off the dining room, you'll find an attractive indoor area with an exercise pool, comfortable seating, and fitness equipment, including an elliptical and bike. The first level also includes a game room equipped with darts, a pool table, and plenty of seating, plus access to the covered deck furnished with an outdoor dining table, a private gas grill, and a ceramic smoker and prep area for those fun outdoor barbecues. The kids will love romping around the enclosed yard, and there are plenty of board games to enjoy during your stay. After an exciting day exploring the many parks, forests, and gambling casinos, return home and relax while taking in the stunning views of Puget Sound! When it's time to call it a night, you'll have four well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of, each with its own flatscreen TV.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
